Good hotel for HeathrowPosted Nov 22, 2014
This is a functional hotel with a big room and a comfortable bed. One surprise was the exceptionally large bathroom with a tiny wash basin. Good value for money

Efficient hotelPosted Nov 14, 2014
I've stayed here once before, and would definitely stay again. It serves it's purpose as a clean room to sleep in. It's a little far from central London, but it's very close to the tube station, so that wasn't an issue for me.

Noisy hotel.Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Helpful front desk staff.
Cons: Double glazing and efficiency of kitchen.
Location: As we were going to Twickenham it was a good location.
The situation of the hotel together with not very efficient double glazing led to a very restless night. The main grumble concerned the kitchen staff when we had to wait an hour and a half for our meal .Only three out of the four meals ordered arrived,of which two were sent back because they were cold and by the time the fourth meal arrived, the first person had already finished.

Convenient Place for a Short StayPosted Nov 13, 2014
We booked this hotel for a night stop in London before our next destination. A convenient location between London and London-Heathrow as we need to leave in the very early morning the next day but yet the opportunity to have a short visit to London via London Tube. The hotel located less than 5 minutes walk from Hounslow Central Tube Station. The only minus was that our room was on the first floor, facing the main road and the sound proofing are not so good that you can hear the traffic noises. We are grateful to Ms. Juliana at the reception for a quick and smooth registration as well as friendly conversation to welcome us after hectic arrival at London-Heathrow.

Close to Heathrow airportPosted Nov 11, 2014
As we had a morning flight, we used this hotel over night. It is close to the Hounslow Central station by Piccadilly line. The room was clean and fine for one night stay.

A Comfortable hotelPosted Nov 3, 2014
Location: It is close to the airport. There is a downtown commercial street and a supermarket ASDA nearby to shop around. It is too far away from central London
The subway station is nearby. The Piccadilly line is always crowded. The location is far away from central London (e.g. 30 min to South Kensington). It is almost 1 hour to go to Tower of London.

Great for HeathrowPosted Nov 3, 2014
Stayed for two nights and found this a clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful and good location for Heathrow, a few minutes from underground station. 45 mins to central London. Breakfast was very good but i thought £12 was a bit pricey.

Good EnoughPosted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: Communication with guests on what to expect.
Location: Not much to do nearby at night and no decent restaurants.
Good location and comfortable but had one problem. Nobody explained that to turn on the lights one had to insert the key card into a slot inside the room. We arrived after dark and could not see it that well. Finally figured it out. Poor communication. But the room was fine, clean and met expectations. Also could not find restaurants locally that looked OK so went to a pub up the street.

Room is large and nicely decorated. My disappointment was the twin bed mattress. It is very narrow, and lumpy; you feel the springs!
