We love this hotel and the pool is beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

We loved the property, beautiful views, amazing staff. What I didn't like was the pool said there was a hot tub and there was not. Other then that had a great stay!

We enjoyed our staff.although it is an older hotel, our room was very nice and spacious. It is located nice and close to Budweiser venue so we were able to walk to our event. We were also able to walk to the outdoor skating rink and market which was very nice. Although we didnt have time for the brunch buffet...it was huge and looked amazing.

Parking was a mess Charged $40 for valet but we got a ticket from the city even though the hotel told us to park on the street and they’d find our vehicle When we complained instead of taking care of it they pointed to the third party to handle.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location excellent. Disappointed in the rooms, for a relatively new hotel the property is run down and shabby. Loose plumbing fixtures, burnt out lights, dirty carpets. Surprisingly for a twenty story building, only two guest elevators, one of which has been out of service on my last two visits (although the service elevator is available for guests use and well signed.) Will return for convenience, but can’t rave about the property

One of the 2 elevators was out of service for 'modernizing,' something the hotel notified us about in advance. The service elevator was made available for guests but it was kind of awkward to access from the lobby floor, and we felt kind of bad for the staff trying to do their jobs. Lots of junior hockey groups meant lots of elevator use and delay. Breakfast buffet was excellent and good value, staff very willing to sub in turkey sausage for the pork that was there, or poached eggs for scrambled. Room clean and nice, beds comfortable. No hotel parking but surface lot on the next block a good deal at $11 flat rate overnight and til 6 pm the next day with in/out privileges

We have stayed here many times and love the property and the customer service . My only complaint would be how expensive the valet parking is now. Used to $20 and now $39.99. That’s outrageous.
