Nice hotel close to attractions

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: More Information for guests on arrival
Location: Close to Tower Bridge London Eye and nice bars and restaurants nearby... Pleasant walk along the river bank.
The only thing was I thought the check-in staff could have been a little more helpful after checking we weren't told where the lifts or given any information about hotel facilities

Wonderful stay

Posted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: Apple TV, computer available for use, plus free internet availability.
Was like a little haven of North America in London, large hallways and large rooms, with modern conveniences.

Position is everything!

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: Service was very good, but a £5 room service charge is rude....
Cons: The bed comfort was not great.
The hotel is close for walking to a lot of sites, mainly Tower Hill and Memorial Park. Lots of good dining around also.

A Good Hotel Reasonably Priced Near the Tower

Posted Oct 17, 2014
This hotel provides consistent service. I have been here twice a year on average for the last five years. You get a warm cookie on arrival. Friendly and efficient staff. Great location to the city core and close to the Tower of London. Rooms are comfortable. Rooms are clean and quiet. The Skylounge on the 12th floor has a buzz and great views.

BIRTHDAY PARTY

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Central position for access to Tate Modern and St Pauls Cathedral
Location: I guess that this hotels position would be ideal for business users .
We chose the Tall Trees mainly for its position near to the Northbank Restaurant where we had been invited to a Birthday Party. The hotel is near to the Tower of London and also St Pauls Cathedral, and served by London Underground. The staff at the Hotel were charming and helpful and we had a quiet and comfortable room with Internet access via an AppleMac. We both considered that our experience was very pleasant and certainly good value for money.
