The position of the hotel was great - just enough tucked away to not be part of the hustle bustle of London but close enough to get to everything Staff superb - really helpful and very friendly

The staff is very helpful and very polite. They go the extra mile to make sure your having a pleasant stay. The bathrooms are super clean. It's walking distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. I truly would stay here again. I love London and loved the hotel.

Great modern hotel for both business travelers and leisure. Located aprx. 10 min walking time from the Parlament Sqr and Westminster Abbey, not really central and distance to the closest tube station is about 7 min walking. There's a bus station right next to the hotel and line 88 will get you all the way to Tafalgar Sqr., Picadily Circus, Oxford Circus and Camden Market. Friendly stuff, Nice breakfast, Great Bar and nice modern furnished rooms make this hotel a good choice for those who are not afraid of using public transportation.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and rectified any problems immediately. The provision of the Macs with free wi-fi along with the well designed, comfortable rooms, good pricing and the great location keep us coming back to this gem of a hotel. If you're looking for a hotel where things work (rather than one with superficial wedding cake decoration but no service), you should consider this hotel.

Checking in - fast, efficient, you are tired after overnight flight - guess what - they welcome you with warm fresh cookie Room - King bed suite - clean - modern - up-to-date - apple TV x 2 - bathroom has separate tub and shower - I was missing biddet but that is not that important - WiFi fast Breakfast - excellent, wide variety of thing offered all tasty, fresh, and excellent quiality Restaurant - excellent, fast and polite service, Overall, I would not look any further....
