Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Room size, breakfast
Location: Covent Garden, theatres
Great location easy to walk to covent garden etc. Room a bit small but comfortable. Decent breakfast but nothing special. Overall prob better hotels a little further out for less money but not a bad stay

Great Location, Good Hotel

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Close to Subway and Euston Station and Kings Cross, all of which we utilized.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi,
Location: 2 Coffee shops next to the hotel and a Tesco Express, very handy. Also a couple of nice pubs in the area.
This hotel was a great location to everything. We stayed here for 4 nights. While the rooms (standard), were on the small side, we were expecting this in London, everything was clean and they checked every day with us, if we were happy with the housekeeping. Lots of choices for food on Southhampton Row, and in the streets behind. We spent an evening in the hotel bar, which was pleasant and from there you can access the Wi-Fi for free. We experienced all staff to be pleasant and helpful.

comfortable, welcoming business hotel

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: location, and the staff was very friendly
Cons: It took awhile for the shower to heat up, and the water pressure was so-so.
Location: British Museum Oxford Circus shopping
Was in London for one night for business, and chose this hotel due to it's proximity to my meeting. This would be a great location for people in town for sightseeing as it is within walking distance to British Museum and many other attractions in the local area. Easy access from Holborn station.

Superb stay

I was upgraded from a single to a double room which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean and above all very quiet. The location is perfect for Euston station and for the many nearby shops. Staff were professional and courteous.

Pros: Cleanliness and friendly staff
Cons: Free wifi
Location: Very convenient for the British Museum
We were slightly surprised to find the maid doing our room before we had checked out! Really annoying that wifi was not free but apart from that room very comfortable and clean.

a good location

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: the location
Cons: perhaps the staff should be better paid, you feel like they are poor children exploited for a minimum wage, many of them are not from EU.
Location: It's close to the British Museum and not far from Soho- were you can have lovely nights out. It's an ideal location to tay in London.
It is situated at 7-8 min of the tube station in a very noisy area and the windows are not the best. It is clean and decent but very modest. The staff was polite but slow and unhelpful (perhaps they are very low paid). The internet is very expensive. They put only one shower gel and shampoo for two people but the towels were very clean. At 11.00 AM/ in the check out day the card is deactivated even they were not ready at 14.00 for the check in. I don't recommend it because are a lot of hotels in that area and many of them are very nice.
