Fabulous hotel for our 10th wedding anniversaryPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: An easier question is what didn't we like? NOTHING!
Cons: The number of hours in a day.
Location: The location is a gem in the greatest city in the world.
The location, hotel, staff, cocktails and food were out of this world.

Small Luxury HotelPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Location, small size, elegance and the high quality staff.
Location: Theater, museums, restaurants, and Parks.
We first stayed in the Dukes Hotel in the 1970s and returned to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a thrill to be back ay the Dukes! The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. To Harrods, to Hyde Park, to Portobello road and Covent Garden. The room was elegant and tastefully furnished. If want a great place in London book the Dukes.

London tripPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
An absolutely wonderful hotel with excellent service and very attentive staff. Rooms are very small but clean, air conditioned, and adequate. Room rate is high but expected in London. Food was fine, bar was great, afternoon tea filled the spot.

Great Location, accommodations, and servicePosted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: I wanted a charming English Hotel with a good ambiance and Duke delivered. Convenient location for sight seeing, and high end restaurants and shopping
Cons: The spa treatment, particularly the massage was fair.
Location: Buckingham Place, Westminster Abbey, Harrods, High Tea at the Ritz, Knightsbridge shopping, Quagliano's restaurant and bar.
It was a short stay, but great from the start to finish at Dukes Hotel in London. The food was delicious, the service top notch, and the hotel had all I was looking for. I got a massage and facial to combat jet lag, this may have been the only thing that was just fair about the hotel. But it was good that they offered spa treatments. Also had a fitness center but because I was so close the Greens, took a beautiful jog instead. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. My mother and I really enjoyed the champagne room, and the Thirty Six restaurant at the hotel. It had a few sitting rooms for tea and coffee, and to enjoy a light meal that were elegant but comfortable. A really nice atmosphere to enjoy the English culture.

Love the Dukes Hotel. It's tucked away in St James area close to everything. The bar makes an amazing Martini!
