Not very clean

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Cleanliness of room.
The staff was pleasant enough, but everything else was disappointing. The toilet and bathtub needed a good scrubbing (I chose not to shower as it was just too sketchy looking), the microwave had food all over the inside and the fridge was just as bad. A thick layer of dust covered everything, but the most disappointing thing was seeing a mop being rung out in the dining room sink as I walked past the dining room in the evening. In the morning I opted not to partake in the complimentary breakfast because I saw glasses being washed in that very sink.

The room was not clean. Tables were covered with coffee stain. Air condition was not working properly. The room floor was dirty too. Overall the room was not clean properly.

My stay

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: Clean the rooms more for dust, and the washroom tub for hair
The was a lot of dust in the room, the were burn makes on the sheets in blankets which is odd since the room was a smoke free room, there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, and the one lock on the door didn't lock. They also could have more options for breakfast

Hotel within walking distance of the concert hall

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: The staff was great, and very accommodating.
Cons: Find a way to keep things tidy and safe during construction
Location: It was close to the casino and a farmer's market, as well as the concert hall we went to. The day we left there was also a street fair nearby
It was wonderful that the hotel let us check in early, since we planned on walking for all our sightseeing, and it meant we didn't have to lug our overnight bag around. He also gave us coupons for the casino, which prompted us to go check it out. There was a great continental breakfast, even though there was no milk for cereal. However the hotel seemed to be undergoing some construction, and there were some big steps, and a plywood floor ramp because of it.

Staff was very nice and helpful

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: nice staff
Room was abit weathered and worn but ok clean wise. Location was near/on edge of the downtown which worked for us. It was fine for one night. Was informed on arrival that the party peoples had departed so hotel would be quiet for the night. Breakfast in the morning was appreciated even if it was coffee and a muffin. The staff was very nice and helpful. Glad the strip club was closed next door as view from window overlooked it's parking lot.

hotel staff

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: the staff where great
Cons: have peanut butter or cream cheese for the bagels
Location: the casino is only a short distance away
The cleaning staff along with the desk staff where all very accommodating, we arrived early and the cleaning girl had the room clean, but the towels where not in the room yet she quickly got me some with no wait what so ever. The desk staff where kind enough to give me gift cards to use at the casino, and the next staff where able to give me more cups that I need with no hassles at all. Thanks All

As expected.

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Ease of finding.
Cons: Not much room for improvement, was as expected for the price.
Location: Lots of things nearby to do, but we were just passing through. Good dinner at Friday night lights.
Was a short stay, rooms were ok, service fine, a little loud during the night but ok.

Very Sketchy

Posted May 16, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly, we were there for a dance competition and they were very interested and talking to us about that.
Cons: Everything
Location: not in a great area, would not recommend
Pull in to the hotel parking lot (right beside a strip club) get out of the car and there are a bunch of gangster looking guys carrying in beer obviously having a party in the hotel. Go in and get our room key and then walking to our room realizing that 90% of the doors are missing there peep holes and have nothing in there place, just a hole. Beds were very uncomfortable and one of the sheets had cigarette burn holes in the sheets in a non-smoking room, there was hair in the bath tub and I was kind of scared to touch anything in the room.
