“Avoid if you are tall”
Location! I have to admit the location is awesome, but that's about it. If you get the regular bedroom like we did, the room is small but alright. The bathroom is a completely different story - be aware that several of their bathrooms are not made for tall people (anyone over 5'11" would feel cramped). Also, there is no real concierge to help you book anything. If you know what you are doing, don't need any help and you aren't tall, then it might be fine; otherwise you should look somewhere else.
“A budget hotel to stay in London”
Room is tiny for the single room, and good location near Earl Court station. But other than that, would not recommend the hotel.
“not a bad hotel if just for quick traveler”
The single room is quite small and only one single bed. The location is super, very closer to the Earl a court station. The room I stayed has a unpleasant smell and it is quite just the old carpet.
“Small but clean, in a good location”
We arrived at 10am from an early flight and knew it would be too early to check in to the hotel, but they were happy to hold our bags in a luggage room while we went and had a long breakfast. The luggage-holding system was very organized, tagging each bag and giving us a numbered ticket to pick it back up. We came back about an hour before check-in, planning on hanging out in the lobby, but were pleasantly surprised when they said they had a room ready early for us. The room was small but not uncomfortably so. The beds were decent and came with two comfy pillows on each, everything was nice and clean, and the bathroom was in good repair. Our room had a little balcony overlooking the street, which was quite nice for having a quiet cup of tea outside in the morning. The area was great, far enough back from Earl's Court Rd to avoid any late-night carousing, but still very close for an easy walk to the tube station and numerous pubs/restaurants/grocers. We never ate at the hotel restaurant as the prices seemed very high, but one night a waiter there was kind enough to loan me a corkscrew/bottle opener to open some cider we'd brought back to the room with us. Only downside was the karaoke bar attached to the hotel restaurant got a bit loud one night, but it didn't go on too long and didn't keep us from getting to sleep. Overall, we were pretty pleased with our stay here, and would be very likely to stay again!
“Excellent location”
We were in London on a girls vacation. The hotel was in an excellent, safe area with the underground 2 minutes away. The area has many restaurants and markets. Get an Oyster Pass for the length of your stay and you can get anywhere in the city within ten minutes. The hotel keeps your room key which is great so you don't have to cart it around all day. Great hotel for the price!
“It was Okay”
Don't be deceived by the pictures on this hotel's website. The rooms are not as nearly as nice as they may appear. The first room assigned to us was horrendous, so my husband asked to be switched, the reception was very accommodating and switched us rooms, the second was better. The hotel lobby is not representative of the rooms AT ALL. Good things: location was great, a block away from Earl's Court Underground station, and from a street of good restaurants and conveniences.
“Lilliput”
Everything fine until one enters the room. Rooms designed for very small people or children under 10. Location first class 2 min walk to Earls Court tube and a lot happening in Earls Court and Chelsea. Also on Piccadilly line giving direct train from Heathrow.
“Great Location - Small Rooms”
Small rooms but great location on the district and circle line along with Piccadilly Line. Plenty of food options and nearby Banks and Cycle Hire.
“The best in class for a small hotel”
The Enterprise Hotel located in Earls Court, UK was a great deal and a great hotel. The rooms as expected were small but the balcony was a pleasure to use for opening the space. Although the rooms need some maintenance they were very clean. The desk staff was wonderful and very accomodating as I needed medication refrigerated and on request. I had it within seconds each time I requested it. They request that room keys be left at the front desk when leaving and I found this comforting - with all of the tourist activities we were doing it was nice not worrying about forgetting or loosing my room key. It was also centrally located near the underground allowing us the opportunity to get around quickly. I was very happy with this choice. Not the cheapest but far from the most expensive and for that matter the average hotel price in the Kensington area.
“Great value and location”
This hotel was in a great location near everything. There's a Sainsbury up the street, a Greggs on the corner, a pasty shop across the street, a good Indian place w/ a yellow sign down the street, and the subway is a 2min walk. It was clean and well managed. Yes the rooms are tiny, but almost all rooms in London are. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the price was great. My real complaint was that the internet WAS NOT FREE. It said on the site that it was included but it's $3.50 an hour. Luckily there is a great internet cafe right next to the Greggs. Don't use the one on the opposite corner they are thieves, but the one next to Greggs was great.
