West London livingPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Overall, a good day to spend few days in the area without having to pay high prices for in your room breakfast and even dinner.
Location: Access to the Victoria and Albert museum and other museums concentrated in the area as well as Albert hall and Hyde Park was a distinctive plus.
Basically this is a small apartment in an exclusive area of London near a market and tube station. The appointments were modern and efficiently organized for a short stay of few days. We were assigned in a lower ground apartment which was disappointing for we had very limited view of daylight. In our case it was not vital as we were out most of the day but it can be depressing to stay indoors for any length of time during the day. Our apartment was well cared for by the cleaning staff and service was not intrusive. The public areas of the hotel were not greatly used and it gave the impression that we were the only customers there. As outside area, squeezed between two buildings has potential in a sunny day but it is otherwise quite windy.

Great apartment close to everythingPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Great position
We really enjoyed the Fraser suites. It was great to be able to self cater and wash clothes with a washer and dryer in our apartment. Highly recommended!

First class accommodation in atop class location.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Good quality furnishings. Very quiet yet close to all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing to note
Location: Pubs, restaurants, supermarket and underground within a few minutes walk. National History and Victoria & Albert Museums within a five minute walk.
Everything you could want for a short break or business visit to London. Spacious room decorated to a high standard. Easy access to central London via nearby tube station. Small but we'll equipped kitchen useful for those wanting the flexibility of self catering. Local shops, restaurant's and pubs meets most people's needs in this respect. Highly recommended.

nice but you can find betterPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: the room had a kitchen
Cons: take out the elevator voice. get a new Scale.
Location: you need to walk 30 min to reach Harrods. and you need to change 2 trains to reach Knightsbridge since Piccadilly line dose not go through Gloucester
its ok as a hotel, I was disappointed when I asked for a scale to weigh my lugague they told me we had one long time back but it was never receovered from an old customer and we don`t have one ??!! you are taking from me a lot of money and you don`t have 10 pounds to buy a new scale ? its alittle far from harrods. I found out that the Rembrant is closer with the same price. elevator have an electronic voice that tells you door open or closed, which is too loaud and noisy that you can hear it. you can find better for the price.

Great location--near tube station, a Byron Burger (local chain w/bomb burgers & shakes & really friendly service), Paul Bakery (yum!), banks, etc., and a nice area in general. The free coffee & cold water was a HUGE plus for our family. The room was well decorated & laid out (we had an executive suite for our family of four) & had a washer/dryer--huge plus as we did carry-ons only. My tall hubby just had to be a little careful & duck in the loft where our bed was--I think it was only about 6 foot tall. They did have a very good breakfast for 10 lbs per person, just be aware there is a charge as the sign is small and the breakfast attendant didn't tell each family until they had filled their plates. We'd definitely stay there again.
