“Great Location but its the usual over priced small London room syndrome”
Great location in South Ken but this is not value for money whatsoever. There are serviced apartments literally down the street which are modern, spacious and far better oney for value then this hotel. Not bad as overpirced London hotels go but if you find another brand name option I would recommend going with that one.

Overall good hotel, quite street, accross from V&A Museum. walk to tube station 2 minutes. Very nice South ken area.
“Quaint but past it's prime”
A very cute hotel but the lift never worked, the ceiling in the lobby leaked and rooms were filthy. Not just dirt, but old stained curtains and pillowcases. The staff was hit or miss. Mostly an international group, some were very hardworking and friendly, others avoided doing their jobs at all costs. It is a great location and quaint on the surface. It serves it's purpose but is nowhere the 4 star it claims to be-- maybe it was once upon a time...
“Only things....”
Hotl was good for price. 5 minute walk to Tube. Clean. Small room, as expected in London. Don't be fooled thinking breakfast in included.... 12 Ls (about $20 american for 2 eggs).
