First off all the door keys are not working so receptionist must come to open the door from the master card. This is inconvenient. Which will be hard to go outside and come back. Secondly the beds are not that clean there was white painting pieces and the coffee cups are stained. Not a good experience. In the morning it was so noisy which is annoying.

I found that this hotel is not allergy friendly. They were told about my allergy and intolerance and still struggled to understand apart from providing milk after I asked on arrival. Breakfast was minimal for me due to no items dairy free. You have to ask for things you need in your room and no staff speak english as their first language which is difficult for them and guests. They were all really lovely and tried their best, the managers and owners need to be more present and supportive to them.

Nice, quiet hotel. We stayed here twice during our travel in the UK. The staff was very friendly and were able accommodate our early arrival by letting us store our luggage in the room. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to several underground stations and a variety of eateries and shopping. Only drawback is that the rooms do not have air conditioning and did get a bit hot at night. Hotel does provide fans in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

I spent 6 nights and the property was perfectly clean and close to everything. Short walk to 2 tube stations with multiple lines. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Very impressed with room. Although small but for a night or two… it is fine for us. Neat, tidy and quite new. Pillow is a little flat if there’s one thing I want to point out.

Lovely hotel
The property is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. It is located on a fairly quiet street but there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The only issue we had was that the elevator was out of service. We did get a room on the second floor but with the heavy bags we had, it was a challenge. I booked the room having read in reviews that the elevator was out of service however, I thought that it would certainly be fixed by the time we stayed there. Overall it was a good experience to be fair.

Great value!
Had a great few day stay. Hotel is definitely old, but has been updated. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but usable. The staff was very accommodating and let us check in 6 early. The last day of our stay the elevator was broken, so it was a hike to the 4th floor, but that wasn't a big deal.

Good location, good price. Basic, but relatively clean (except for one pillow with some very nasty stuff stuck to it). Nice folks. I didn't need it being on the ground floor, but there is a lift (elevator) for the millions of people moaning about it on London hotel reviews.

No elevator on the day we stayed. We have a huge luggage, a stroller and a toddler. We managed to climb (yes my kid climbed as he was too tired) to the fourth floor yet we were all exhausted. Tiny but nice shower room. No toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. Better to bring your own. Staff are nice. Breakfast was fair with toast and fruits. Location is close to supermarkets and subway station. We may come again and hope the lift will get fixed by then😂

AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE
Room 802, where I stayed, is the size of a prison cell. No where to put clothes, no space to sit, always hot and the air conditioner only worked sporadically and intermittently. Out of 10 a ZERO. Breakfast out of 10, I would give it a ONE. Staff were good: courteous, polite, friendly. Out of 10, would give staff a SEVEN. WOULD NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Nice, small hotel on a quiet side street in Bayswater/Notting Hill. Be advised - it is no-frills, no-fuss, and an (renovated) older building. Thus, no air-conditioning, small rooms, less than ideal soundproofing, and tight hallways. But the rooms are modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would say it is good for short stays and solo travelers.

A great base to visit London.
Perfect location, clean and welcoming. Our room was tiny, and hot. Too small for a four night stay as there was really no floor space. Had the fan on all the time. Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and friendly.
