Quiet street in central London location.

Posted Jul 30, 2015
The staff were very friendly. The basement rooms are not great so we were moved to a room on the third floor. Super, quiet, of a good size and had a great view over a private park.

Great central London location.

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Clean good sized rooms. Good climate control, and comfortable beds. Great central London location near 3 tube stops and many restaurants. One floor is below ground level with street level windows which may be an issue for some. Free wifi was somewhat problematic from our room. The staff was generally helpful and responsive to us.

Air conditioner didn't work, poor bed

Pros: Proximity to British Museum
Cons: The room and the service
Location: British Museum
Disappointing stay. Uncomfortable room, poor bed - only redeeming feature is that it was close to British Museum...

Hotel in ruhiger Seitenstrasse

Posted Jul 19, 2015

Hotel near University of London & British Museum

Posted Jul 16, 2015
Confortable Hotel, wonderful staff! Easy walking distance to University of London & British Museum. Near public transportation in good neighborhood. Charming older building well maintained & updated, clean big bedroom with 2 queen beds ( hard to find in UK) and a sitting room. Would be happy to return.

Small but charming hotel in a good area of town

Posted Jul 10, 2015
We had a very nice time at this small, unpretentious hotel on a side street near the fabulous British museum. Staff was very accommodating to us-- we came early and left late. Our room was a good size and very quiet// like being in the country.

Nice hotel close to British Museum

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Location, mostly. The room was spacious and comfortable and staff was helpful.
Cons: The hotel restaurant was nice, but the food was very expensive. The bathtub/shower was very narrow and had confusing water controls.
Location: Centrally located, there are tube stations, restaurants, parks, and the British Museum within walking distance.
After searching high and low for a hotel in London with 2 Queen beds ( for 3 travelers), I settled on the Grange Beauchamp hotel. It was close to 2 tube stations, within walking distance to the British Museum, and close to restaurants. The staff was very nice and helped answer any questions we had.

Hôtel bien situé

Posted Jun 13, 2015
