Great location and food - friendly staff. Perfect!Posted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: Location, cleanliness and food.
Cons: Fix the lift!
Location: Perfect location - close to transit, great walking area.
They were very friendly - room was on the small side but fine for one night. Very clean, excellent food. And close to everything.

Good and not so greatPosted Nov 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel location and cleanliness were great. Beds were a touch firm for a sore back but all good if a little small (you are in a big city so compact is the order of the day). For the cost of this room it really should have A/C. It was quite cool during our stay, but we could not get enough circulation in our room. It stayed quite warm and stuffy. I had to take the supplied fan and wedge it in the window blowing out to get fresh air in. The noise was also a bit irritating. I believe this will be dependent on your rooms location in the building. We had friends staying on the opposite side and they arrived at the same conclusions as we did...get air and keep quiet or lower your prices. would I stay here again, Yes, but It would need to be a bit cheaper...there's to many other options.

Not as nice as website photosPosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: The bed is comfy
Cons: The lounge area looked very tired
Location: Walking distance to Oxford Street and Leicester Sq.
The superior room was a lot smaller than I was expecting and the bath is tiny. It didn't feel as luxurious as I hoped and definitely not a 4* in my book. On a plus side, the beds are super comfy.

Great location and value for moneyPosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: Great location and value for money
Cons: Not a lot being honest
Location: Two good pubs and two very good Italian restaurants on the door step , easy access to Oxford Street
First time ive stayed as i was in London on business, excellent location, and extremely pleasant helpful staff, only slight downside if i was been "picky" was that i was allocated a room in the lower ground floor which the room itself was very tasteful , however during the night became extremely warm and slightly uncomfortable, i would however recommend this hotel to friends and business colleagues and i will without doubt be returning
