Gorgeous hotel..., pricey, but gorgeousPosted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: The staff were most welcoming and the hotel IS gorgeous, as is the location!
Cons: I'd provide better quality toiletries, tea, coffee, real milk and better biscuits.
A stunning hotel, great location!..., and if you get a room with a view of St Paul's, then worth the normal price. We booked last minute and got a great deal, but even with the deal (and this was for an executive twin room) I was hoping for a good view..., but all we got was a building across the street. If I'd paid full price I'd be very disappointed. However, I didn't pay full price so that was ok. Lovely touch of bath robes and slippers provided. I did expect a better class of toiletries, biscuits, tea and coffee (and real milk perhaps) but again, we didn't pay full price so no problem.

It was okPosted Sep 22, 2014
This hotel looks great, but once we arrived it just felt ok, no more than that. We took advantage of the Spa with a package on arrival which was great...but it's a little confusing to navigate the corridors, the rooms are clean but the whole experience just felt a little characterless. There was little call to speak to staff but even on check in and out it didn't seem as special as it perhaps should be given the price. While the price wasn't too bad I'm sure there are many hotels where a similar experience could be gained for cheaper. Ultimately there wasn't much wrong it just seemed to lack the warmth and charm the website seems to convey.

Grange St. Paul's - ExcellentPosted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Location and facilities as well we loved the SPA facilities used them a lot
Cons: Guest waiting times rooms were not ready when stated and the toiletries were extremely stingy more could be done to pamper the guest we used
Location: Plenty of restaurants and bars
This is my second time at the hotel and I am selected the hotel due to my first visit everything was great except the room was not ready when we arrived and this went on for a while but we were allowed to use the hotel facilities overall I love the place but as new customers we want a more pampered and better service overall our stay was fantastic lovely room comfortable but the toiletries were a real let down and extremely stingy if you are running a top hotel pamper your guests we are planning to visit London again will look at staying here again.

V& weekendPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Location and courteous and knowledgable staff.
Cons: Some gadgets - lights, air con - too hard for some folk to work out how to use. Thank goodness we didn't try the TV
Location: St Paul's; Tate Modern - Awesome,
Thank goodness for a hotel which has TWIN rooms! And loads of space- great for weekend with friend. Not everyone travels always with a partner.

AmazingPosted Sep 7, 2014
Our stay here was incredible. We were upgraded at the desk without even asking, the room was huge with a great view of the atrium. The spa was fantastic and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend

A beautiful hotel , home away from home.Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: The hotel ambience and the various choice of restaurants a definite plus . The room too was very relaxing . Thumbs up !
Location: The location close to St Paul's station and the awesome St Paul's cathedral worth seeing .
We chose the hotel at random considering we normally stay in Hilton , The whole family was pleasantly surprised as the whole experience was beautiful and we will definitely repeat in the near future . Seeing is believing .

City hotelPosted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: Contemporary, and therefore, new fittings and fixtures. Fabulous location. Fairly priced.
Cons: Intelligent bar staff.
Location: The location speaks for itself.
Two things let down my experience; i. My bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke on my arrival. ii. I met a friend in the bar to take her for dinner in the hotel restaurant. She had a broken ankle and was on crutches, so to make life easier, I asked for the menu to be brought down to the bar so that we could choose before making our way upstairs to the restaurant. The bar staff obliged, and gave directions to the lift. What none of the bar staff did was to inform us that the restaurant was due to close and by the time we made our way there it was closed! This was about the most ridiculous, stupid and thoughtless behaviour by those working in the bar that I can imagine. Someone should ask them how they could be so unprofessional. They let down an otherwise good experience.
