Staff were friendly and efficient, they acknowledged us every time we passed through reception. The room wasn't huge but was very clean and comfortable. The dining room was small but the breakfast menu was varied and the food was delicious.
Check-in was fast, room was clean, staff were pleasant and responsive to our queries as this was my first visit to London. Front desk booked tour and taxi to airport for us.
