We only had a day in London so was so handy to catch the airport express to Victoria Station and be in the heart of London in half an hour. Great to be at the airport to fly on to final destination the next day. Very clean rooms, good staff and very comfy beds!
Nice attentive service at a convenient location for Covent Garden. Not far from Embankment tube station. Good selection of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Very professional staff, unintrusive yet helpful when requested. A comfortable stay and a safe bet for this area.
We arrived early to be met by attentive and friendly staff on Reception and Concierge who couldn't do enough for us. The room was a particular highlight as too was breakfast in the dining room
Staff were friendly and efficient, they acknowledged us every time we passed through reception. The room wasn't huge but was very clean and comfortable. The dining room was small but the breakfast menu was varied and the food was delicious.
The hotel is great, extremely comfy bed. However the breakfast service was terrible had to wait 30mins for porridge and the English breakfast was ok but they got the order wrong twice
Comfortable hotel in nice quiet location within easy reach of public transport. Short walk to busy shopping area, pubs, cafes and Chelsea football stadium. Hotel very nice with very helpful and polite staff. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Improvements could be made with room service; ...
