“London Vacation during Christmas week”

Excellent service. They accommodated us with an early check in due to an early flight in from JFK. Hotel was centrally located in Mayfair section of London. Three blocks from the tube. Gold Marriott members have access to 7th floor lounge, great breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The only issue was that there are 3 Marriotts in a 1/2 mile square area. Make sure you know the exact address. Cabbies get easily confused!

“Awesome Night At GHJW”

I stayed at the GHJW for one night and it happened to be the night I proposed to my girlfriend. She had no idea we were staying the night because I took the day off work/packed some of her stuff and checked into the hotel earlier and told her we were meeting an Uncle of mine at the hotel for drinks. The guest relations staff at the hotel made it all possible and were truly exceptional. The suite was awesome and staff were also veru friendly indeed. To sum up, she said YES, hotel was very luxurious and staff were amazing. Would I stay there again or recommed. You bet!

“Grosvenor House a hit!”

We had a wonderful stay. I would recommend the deluxe or executive rooms that have access to the executive lounge. The increased room rate was well worth it. There we had a good breakfast every morning, tea in the afternoon and beer, wine, hors'd ourves every evening. It also had wireless access and a large TV. Access to the Tube was about a 10 minute walk and about 15 min walk to Buckingham Palace. Concierge was able to get us reservations to every restaurant on my list and he recommended a pub where we probably had our best meal. A wonderful week's stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

“Great trip ... loved the Hotel”

The refurbishment has now been completed and wow what a transformation. We had a marvellous stay and were looked after marvellously by the staff particularly in the new restaurant. I have stayed before when attending a work event but this time it was for pleasure and the service was great. The food in the new restaurant BORDEAUX was as good as our friends said and with the weather being so lovely we were fortunate to be able to take dinner outside on the terrace. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will be staying on our next visit to London.

“Always good service”

This is not the first time I've stayed here but it has been about a year since I was last there and I had forgotten how outstanding the hotel and the service was. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very accommodating and although I arrived at 7am in the morning the staff were great and arranged access to my room straight away. After an overnight flight from Washington DC it was definitely appreciated. After that the service just remained at the highest standard and all the staff were very pleasant and cheerful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Amazing hotel with a great feeling”

What can I say? I really enjoyed my stay at this stunning hotel. You cannot fault the service or the luxury and elegant feeling you get as soon as you walk in the door. We stayed for one night as a treat to ourselves, and what a treat it was. We had afternoon tea in the Park Room which was my first experience of this. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were just wonderful, and the live pianist just made it so special. The hotel and its bedroom are all of the highest of standard, and have obviously just been upgraded/renovated. The bed in this hotel is by far the best bed I have slept in... It is soft yet firm, and absolutely huge! I will certainly be staying at Grosvenor House again and again, and will be recommending it to all my friends and colleagues as a great experience all round!

An expensive but brilliant place to stay. Rooms really comfotable and food good. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

“Exceptional hotel - a JW Marriott to be pround of”

This was my first stay at Grosvenor House since it rebranded to JW Marriott and it is certainly worthly of such a prestigious status. The hotel now seems to be fully renovated - a long time coming - but in my opinion well worth the wait. Our room was spacious, incredibly clean and felt warm and inviting with the rich fabrics and luxurious bedding (very Marriott!). Our friends were staying in one of the Suites - certainly worth the extra. Service throughout the hotel was faultless, very befitting of JW Marriott and we particularly enjoyed eating in Bord'eaux - can highly recommend for a leisurely brunch. I hope my travels bring me back to London soon.....

“Would definately go back”

Spend New Year in London staying at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Had a wonderful trip. Service was very efficient and the rooms very clean and comfortable. Probably the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. We had a very good room rate and would definately stay again.

“Excellent Hotel in Heart of London”

This an excellent hotel on at least a par with other five star hotels we have stayed in in Dublin, Berlin and Barcelona. It is very central to all the main sights, the shops of Oxford St, the theatres of Haymarket, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park the Guards Museum and so on. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are particularly comfortable. The fragrance of the freshly cut flowers in the lobby was also a nice touch.This is a great hotel and we hope to stay there again.
