Newer and more modern Hotel. Within walking distance of Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace & London Eye. On-site Spanish Restaurant was by far one of the best restaurants we visited during the 2 week trip to the UK.
Staff were all really lovely at reception and room service they always acknowledged you even if busy and the food we had was good.
We did not try the breakfast as £25 per person seemed steep but other reviews say it is excellent.
The cleanliness was really good and we had everything we needed to have a great stay.
We will definately returning as it is also in a perfect spot with great bus connections and waterloo station is only 10 minutes away with acess from there to everywhere.
If you live southbank it is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Air con not working despite asking twice and an engineer coming out. He did give us a fan which just circulated the hot air. Asked for ice and was told to go to the bar. Went to the bar and the barman looked at me like I had 2 heads. However the barman that eventually served me was very polite and offered to help me as I walk with a stick. At the entrance half of the floor tiles were u and it looks shabby. Under the bed was filthy with dust and crumbs and the wall paper behind the bed looked like it had chewing gum on it.
I can’t say the hotel was exceptionally clean. The air vent was caked in dust as was the bedside table and radio clock. The wooden interior was chipped as was the glass table top. There was also some kind of dirt on the headboard and the velvet wallpaper also covered in dust.
The towels for some reason stunk of oil.
There was also some kind of hatch in the bathroom that were very dirty or covered in damp.
The aircon did not work so the room got very hot. The mini bar also did not work and was roasting hot.
There was also renovation happening in the foyer bar.
The location was good and the views were nice. The staff were friendly enough but I can’t say the hotel was worth the £261.50 a night and would be put off from returning

Hotel was close to transit so easy to get around the city

Lovely hotel with really clean rooms! The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating. We arrived early due to an early flight and the staff were amazing and let us check in earlier which was great after long travels. 5 minute walk from the tube and great area. Roof top bar has amazing views! We loved this hotel
The location was ideal and the hotel was spotless so was room my son loved the bed mini bar was decently priced only complaint i had was the roof top bar was very expensive said 6 pound on bar menu but when i paid for it 7.50 was not told i was going to get stung for 1.50 but pub next door was more reasonable hotel i could not fault just the bar price
Arrived at the hotel really early, staff asked us to wait for 5 minutes as they checked to see if our room was ready so they can allow us to put our luggage in the room. Great friendly service. Would stay here again.
Complained about seeing spiders and centipedes in the room bud nobody cared to contact us back. Floors were sticky, shower door isn’t closing, and walls are dirty. The only redeeminibg feature of this place is it’s proximity to Waterloo station and the London eye.
the reason why I rated it 3 was due to TV. There’s nothing on TV that was working. We couldn’t watch the TV at all. It would be nice to watch it to wind down from walking all day visiting awesome sites in London. We asked a hotel staff to check it out. He couldn’t help us. He was a real nice staff person. Other than a non working TV the hotel was good

Property is an easy walk to the nearest tube station. The views of the London eye are great. The rooms are little small but to be expected. The air conditioner did not work on the first day. Maintenance was called and attempted to fix it. Worked one day and then did not work the rest of the trip. Luckily the weather was cool.
Just amazing!!! Hotel is in a great location and has everything you need for a perfect London stay.
It’s spotlessly clean and staff are always polite and friendly.

Everything went well, except that the cleaning crew threw my food away (a packed sandwich) out of the mini fridge.

Bath tubs were very high,felt unsafe getting in to take a shower.staff were accomodating to feeling like I was getting lip service re room readiness. At 7am they said they would have aa room at noon. At noon other guests were getting room assignments they said I had to wait. I was traveling alone. finally at 130 I got a room. i undrstand checkin is at 3..dont tell me noon if it is lip service. Hotel cleaning staff were noisy early.

Great stay in a lovely well presented hotel. Very kind and professional staff. Customer care excellent. My only comment is we reported the TV as not working in the afternoon and it was not fixed. However we were out all evening so it did not matter. Good location and near transport links to the centre
This was our second stay at a H10. The hotel itself was excellent. Quite, clean and comfortable. Like last time a very nice roof top bar. My only complaint is location. It is a long walk to most everything and besides the hotel not many restaurants near by. But the staff was great and only a short stay.
Great hotel. Our room was ready early which was a bonus. Reception staff were helpful & the welcome drink was a nice touch.

We didn’t get chance to have a drink at the balcony bar but did go and look at the amazing views.
It's not the Mandarin Oriental but you aren't paying for the Mandarin Oriental, are you? It's a perfectly fine hotel, good service, excellent location. If they had some gym facilities I would have give a 5for facilities.
Room was a good size. Shower over bath wasn’t great, also room key card kept de-synching so had to get reception to reconnect each time I wanted to go back into my room.
