Tiny and dirty

Pros: staff
Staff are nice, but nothing else is good about this hotel. Not worth if the room rate is more than 30 GBP/person/night.

Cons: My recommendations are beyond the scope this space.
We had to pay an extra €30 to have enough room to for our luggage and toilet in our room. So we were now out of original basement room. Once on the second floor we gained a toilet, sink and shower (all combined in a 3x4 foot space) with floor drain. Oh, the sink was located in the shower. Bunk bed and a single bed rounded out our accommodations. No ventilation, thank goodness a fan was provided. Breakfast was good.

Facilities not as described - not ensuite toilet shared. Rooms with hardly space to change. Breakfast little or no choice. Apple or Orange juice. Tea or Coffee. White toast. Egg hard boiled or plain omelette. Cornflakes or bix.

This place was a dive. The person at the front desk was nice but that was the only, and I mean only, redeeming quality of this hotel.

Close to Hyde Park - Pity about the hotel

The hotel is run down and full of smoke filled air right through the whole building. Extra cost for parking (which was not indicated on website but looks like it has been updated after our stay) and the full English breakfast (as indicated on the hotels website) is simply eggs, eggs and well eggs ........ never stay there again. Real shame.

"Terrible hotel"

Worst hotel I have ever been in. The room was the size of a cupboard, with no space to move around, or even to hang a towel, and there is no table or chair in the room as advertised on the hotel website. The private toilets are dirty, not cleaned every day, and shared among the rooms on a whole floor. Moreover, the rooms in the hotel have mould.

Awesome Customer Service

Customer Service was outstanding! Very helpful staff. Did everything they could to make my stay as convenient as possible. Near two Underground stations. Easy access to most everything. Lost of good Lebanese restaurants nearby. Accommodations weren't Hiltonesk but I didn't pay that price either. They were also very nice to let me upgrade my room for less than the room would have cost me otherwise. If you're on a budget and are traveling (knowing that you aren't going to spend much time in the room) this is a good place to stay. The beds are probably the biggest downfall, not comfortable at all. (but clean). It would be worth it for the proprietor to invest in better beds.
