Fin beliggenhet, nær Victoria station

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Koselig, stille område med gå avstand( 15-20min) til endel severdigheter. Hotellet er moderniser til nyere stil. Rommene er små men rene og fine. Badet så veldig ny ut og dusjen var bra.

Clean hotel close to the train and subway.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
We stayed for two nights in early June. Our room was clean, but small. There was a nice breakfast included in our rate. The hotel is less than five minutes from the Victoria train/subway station - that came in handy when we wanted to go see something like the Tower of London. But, we walked from the hotel to most sights.

Nice decor comfortable room, good location

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Clean and well decorated . 2nd room was a comfortable room.
Cons: Not to offer guests the basement room. Breakfast with a choice of brown bread, warm toast and croissants, fresh fruit salad and decaf drinks.
Location: Victoria -close to Westminster Buckingham Palace Knightsbridge Hyde park St James'Park
On arrival we were allocated a room in the basement which was small and looked out on a small yard, air conditioning units and the boiler room. It was also situated next to the breakfast room. We stayed one night but were disturbed by the fans outside and the noise from the breakfast room. We asked to be moved for our second night. The staff were obliging and courteous. We had a much better room for our second nights stay with a better outlook and it was peaceful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was disappointing with tinned fruit salad, cold white toast, with no choice of brown bread and cold croissants. There were fruit teas on offer but no decaffeinated tea or coffee. There was a good variety of food on offer with cereals yoghurt, whole fresh fruit in a bowl, cheeses and cold meats. The breakfast room was laid out in long rows of table and was a little reminiscent of a school refectory.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds, very clean, good breakfast
Cons: Some of the bathroom fittings needed repair (will contact the hotel directly). A lift would be good. The breakfast room felt quite cramped
Location: Short walk from the annual Chelsea Flower Show! Close to Pimlico for the Tate Britain, and to Victoria station = transport across London
Booked for 1 night midweek, myself and Mum, for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. Arrived early afternoon, very welcoming & efficient man at reception. I hadn't noticed the hotel doesn't have a lift, and when we found out the room was on the 3rd floor (Mum has a heart condition and can only manage 1 flight of stairs) he kindly arranged a swap to a ground floor room. The room was spotlessly clean, two very comfortable double beds, not too warm. Extra milk and teabags were provided when we asked. There is free wifi but we didn't need it. Breakfast from 7.30 - although self-service "continental" it included fresh fruit and yoghurt, a selection of juices, cheeses, toast, croissants, choice of cereals and a variety of teas and coffees, and was plentiful. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful

Hotel near Victoria

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: Near to Victoria station
Cons: Breakfast area, bedroom appearance
Location: easy access to buses and trains
Very disappointing. The bedroom carpet was stained and the bathroom shower was mouldy and dirty. We did complain at 8pm when we arrived and were told somebody would come and clean it then. With two children wanting to go to bed we said no and they said they would clean it the next day. There was no sign of this being done. The lights above the bed were hanging down, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, the carpet runner was not fixed and you tripped over it if not careful and as for the breakfast area it consisted of rows of trestle tables which were crammed in and made it difficult for people to access a chair. We were very disappointed and feel it was very poor for the amount of money paid. Would certainly not recommend or return.
