Good hotel with easy access to Heathrow and tube.

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Its location next to Heathrow and the tube. Good wi-fi.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Location: There is not a lot to do nearby, nor a choice of places to eat, but through the underground you are able to explore parts of London.
We stayed here one night between arriving at and leaving from Heathrow. The main attraction was that, as well as having easy and relatively quick access to Heathrow it is only a few minutes walk from the Hatton Cross tube station so you can explore some of London (e.g. Kew Gardens) if you have a spare day. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were good.

night before flight

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: close to airport
Location: get on a plane
This place is ok only if you have to stay near the airport. It is a little bit expensive. Room was comfy. We arrived after 11 pm and kitchen was closed so that was a bummer. Buffet breakfast was good. No shuttle service to terminals but the bus stop is right outside. Lame Hotel for more than 1 night.

Typically English

We chose this hotel because it was the closest to Terminal 2 where we arrived at 10 pm. I had a terrible time reaching staff before our trip to confirm that our "pre-paid" room would actually be held for our arrival. They eventually confirmed that it would. Most inconveniently, there is no bus service to the hotel after 8 pm unless you go to Terminal 4, which we eventually did as the line for taxis was extremely long and suggested a very long wait time. The next morning we were told by the hotel that there were no airport buses between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. It's time the UK joined the modern world !

Convenient hotel close to Terminal 4

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Location, value for money & exceptionally clean.
Cons: Maybe some outside sitting space as it was a nice evening there.
Location: Not there for pleasure so did not explore things to do.
Needed to meet a relative at 8.15am at Terminal 4 Heathrow Airport, Chose this hotel for its close location which proved most convenient. Proved to be a good choice as only a few minutes drive away. We had an evening meal there & found both food & wine to be fairly reasonable priced. Service was cheerful & efficient. Would certainly stay again.

Great location near T3

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: We liked the cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and the "Hilton" touch.
Cons: I felt that the charge for breakfast buffet was too high, but lunch and dinner were reasonable.
We stayed for 1 day prior to travel back to the States. The facilities are immaculate, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. We had a delicious dinner in the dining room. Our room on the 6th floor gave us an excellent close-up view of the incoming flights, however there was absolutely no noise! We took the Hoppa to T3 and were pleased with the service.

Great choice for Heathrow!

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Didnt see anything that could be improved.
Cant't fault this hotel in anyway....great staff from reception to bars, lovely modern interior design in public areas and bedrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Although on the flight path which may be good for the plane lovers you dont notice them in the room, its really quiet. If you do want to see the airport action ask for a high room. Lots of parking too at the reasonable price of £7 overnight.

Nice hotel close to Heathrow

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: Location - very close to Heathrow. Little around you but close to the tube so access to restaurants etc is only a short tube ride away.
Cons: Was disappointed with the breakfast - particularly when I compared it to the hotel I had been staying at in Central London for the past 4 nights.
Location: Not relevant - hotel was chosen due to its proximity to Heathrow.
Disappointed that we were given an accessible room when this was not required. Was told that there were no other rooms so the bathroom facilities were not really appropriate for us eg. hand basin was extremely low.

Very Nice Hotel Close to Airport

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Cons: It seemed that hotel was geared mostly to business travelers. A bit more of a family atmosphere would have been appealing.
Very stylish hotel, pleasant atmosphere in lobby, room and fitness room and everywhere else. Very clean, simple and stylish features. It was a very pleasant relaxing stay.

Close to Heathrow

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Cons: Get a hotel bus.
Location: Nothing nearby. Must pay hotel food prices or don't eat.
Good hotel/location, a tad pricey with no hotel bus. You must pay for a ride to the airport.
