Clean, friendly and comfortablePosted Sep 8, 2014
The only bad thing I can say is that they forgot my complementary newspaper, the service from staff was very good, there was something for everyone at breakfast and the rooms were very clean and had everything we need. I would go again!

GREAT HOTEL IF YOU ARE GOING TO O2Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: The room & the staff.
Location: Ideal for O2, Canary Wharf, Tower of London,
I do not have one single critisism about this hotel. We only stayed one night (my daughter & I were there to see a concert at the O2), that said the receptionist gave us a really friendly greeting & was so helpful. Although the view from our room wasn't brilliant, the room itself was spacious clean & the bed extremely comfortable. It is ideally located for the O2 being just one tube stop away & the tube station being a 5 min walk from the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Hilton Canary Wharf is brilliantPosted Aug 27, 2014
Canary wharf itself is a treat to see. River Thames passing through modern buildings , modern structure , DLR and in between is Hilton . Pretty amazing.

Business & Pleasure TripPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Room, Staff & Breakfast!
Cons: If you gave me a free weeks stay I am sure I could find something!
Location: Once you arrive the location is good. In the evening you can go for a drink with the posh bankers trying to make something of them selves!
Just spent the one night at this hotel, rooms were lovely, spacious and modern. Considering it was a Friday night and on a flight path the sound proofing was excellent. Breakfast buffet bar was excellent, the only regret is that we left as I've only got toast & cereal at home! When I first booked, I thought the area was going to be expensive, but found where we ate & then went for a drink very reasonable. Will most definitely look to book again when next in London.

Comfortable and convenientPosted Aug 20, 2014
We stayed only one night at the Hilton, Canary Wharf but will return when we make another trip to London. The hotel was well equipped and comfortable and we were most impressed by the friendliness of the staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The assistant head concierge in particular deserves a special mention, he was extremely welcoming and suggested visits and booked a pre theatre restaurant for us which turned out to be excellent.

Not really situated for touristsPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: It was near where we wanted to be. The room was very comfortable--good size room, comfortable beds, helpful staff.
Cons: I had trouble with the shower door. My wet washcloth was not removed from the shower area after housekeeping (kinda "EW")
Location: For business ppl this is a perfect world, for tourists, maybe not so much; It's 90pounds to LHR by taxi.
We came as "tourists." We stayed here for proximity to our child (who was living near Canary Wharf), not for the tourist attractions. The hotel was very nice, nothing we would "normally" do. For us it worked out just fine, but for other "tourists," this is a ways out of town, and the Tube/DLR is a little walk. The hotel was fine, not crazy about the housekeeping, but the reception/concierge staff were always helpful. The breakfast was OK, but the first day, they ran out of bacon, and never seemed to get any more. I enjoyed my stay, but it may be too far out of the way for many tourists.

Highly recommend...Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: cant pick one .. but the most I liked it was everything and everyone were very professional. Hassle free and high quality.
Cons: one small thing I noticed is the coffee/milk packs provided in the room were not replenished when the room was serviced but all I had to do was call
Location: DLR & Tube are few minutes away and all the major attractions were within 20 to 30 minutes distance so ideal location.
It was a very good hotel, the room was very nice, spacious and neat. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The comfort features in the room were very good. The location of the hotel was also very good and few minutes from tube & DLR. We had a very good experience. I will definitely book again whenever I am going to London again.

Very nice hotel with a reasonable pricePosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Everything. The room and the transportation.
Location: The location is very good. Easy to go into central London. It is right next to the river so the environment is pretty good too.
The hotel is very good. The facility is very good and the room is very clean. It one minute walk from the nearest DLR station.
