Nice riverside viewsPosted Jul 21, 2014
The experience was average. It was disappointing to arrive at the hotel just to find that the air conditioning system was not working. We had to be given two fans to use overnight. The room was very hot throughout. However the hotel staff were kind and demonstrated professional courtesy. The breakfast buffet was very nice with great variety.

Nice hotel, Clean but smallPosted Jul 21, 2014
Room was very small, we only stayed one night so we didnt have luggage or it would have been impossible to move around in it. Bathroom was very tiny, hotel has a free boat service that takes you to canary warf and back free of charge, which was great but Our room was on the first floor near, where the boat is, and there were no net curtains so we had to close the curtains and turn on the light when getting dressed in the morning or people outside would see us

Convenient to O2Posted Jul 19, 2014
The hotel probably isn't up to the usual standard of a Hilton, but it was convenient for visiting the O2, with the free ferry to Canary Wharf and cheap secure parking.

business stay of 4 nightsPosted Jul 18, 2014
First impressions were not great the back of house areas, stairs and corridors were in need of re-decoration, rooms were comfortable but dated also the furniture within the rooms was knocked about and not in the best of condition. The hotel bar was good and the staff very friendly food was good but priced on the more expensive side. views from my room were of canary wharf and looked spectacular.

Good experiencePosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Central location for O2 and river bus
Cons: Shaving in the room was a hit and miss operation. No shaving mirror and poor lighting!
Location: See above
After walking from Canary Wharf LU to the free ferry (it is a long way for a person with a stick) I suggest that a bus or taxi would be better, we crossed the Thames on the free ferry. Hotel was good and room clean. Visited O2 by river bus which was easy to board as it stopped at Canary Wharf. Came back the same way in the evening and made a good visit even better. Had breakfast, which was of a good standard and drank a couple of beers on the river front in the hotel. Drinks were a bit expensive, but it is the middle of London! Took the river bus again to the London Eye and a taxi to China Town. A very enjoyable visit!

Lovely riverside hotelPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: The foyer upon arrival was inviting and well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The corridors were looking a little "tired" but that is a minor thing.
Location: It was a riverside location , with a frequent ferry to Canary Wharf. Lovely riverside walks , and it felt very safe.
We were attending our son's Graduation in London and needed a hotel for the night prior to the ceremony. We booked this as a "mystery hotel", and were curious about the accommodation we might get. As it turned out, it was brilliant, we had a beautiful riverfront triple room, complete with a small balcony. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. All in all we were very pleased with our visit to this hotel

Decent hotel close to the o2Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location, parking and free ferry to the city
Cons: The rooms need a face lift and the beds needs renewing. The beds at Premier Inn are much more comfortable.
Location: Great for the O2 and Canary Wharf. The city is about circa 45 mins to get to Covent Garden
General hotel is good but the rooms are a little dated and uncomfortable. It was a good job that we didn't actually spend much time sleeping.

Nice hotel on the riverPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: The staffs professionalism.
Location: We were there for a specific event so did not explore the area.
The hotel's own ferry mention that it was a pleasant way to see and get around a scenic part of London. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpfully, and the fact that the bar served food late mention that when we return from the theatre we're were able to have a late meal.

PerfectPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Position on the water. I have stayed twice and both times I have received amazing price deals (GBP70 per night)
Location: Bit far from Central (tourist) London but very easy to get there (Free ferry across to Canary Wharf then Jubilee tube line to central London.
Stayed over with my daughter while doing the tourist thing in London. It is a bit far out of central London but we included the ferry ride and tubes as part of our adventure. Probably not the best for a one day stay if need to get everything done quickly.
