This is a classic England property. The rooms don’t compare to US resorts but we loved our stay. We had a few issues and the staff was gracious to help us. The boat was convenient but at the end of our stay the pier was closed for repairs. Bummer!

This hotel is tired, shabby and in need of some TLC. All which can be overlooked if you've paid a relatively cheap price for a stay. C10 bus to central London is directly outside the hotel which is a bonus. But having no hot water in the morning is unacceptable. I had to have a cold shower! I reported this to hotel reception upon checking out and they looked like they couldn't care less, and there was no offer of any kind of compensation for this. Won't be back! 😂

The hotel had lovely decor and great sized family rooms but the bathroom needed a good clean and not shower gel ! The water taxi was a great way to get to canary warf ! good stay and my family enjoyed it! be aware of a hold charge the hotel will charge when you check in

We sent our clothes for laundry and they lost 2 of our pants. every time we went to the reception, they told us that they will let us know,but they did nothing. When we got to the room we had toiletries,but when we ran out they didn’t restock. It is dangerous going into the bathroom because there is a step and many people might not see. What I liked about the hotel was the food and how easy it is to take the Uber boat to get to Westminister.

The location was beautiful. The ferry access. The hotel had an odd layout, but that was also part of the charm. The restaurant was very good, v the staff was amazing!!! I would definitely stay there again.

The place was great, especially being on the docks and view was beautiful. Rooms were quite small and the turn arounds reminded me like a puzzle, but over all it’s a great place. I enjoyed the breakfast was terrific.

Was a beautiful hotel with a great view of the Thames and a quick ferry ride to lots on the other side. The only drawback was that there wasn’t much for food on that side of the river. Overall, great hotel and the staff were very friendly and attentive! Would definitely stay again :)

The guy at the front desk who check us in was very rude. We said hello to him twice with no response and he looked at us like we were dirt. Luckily the lovely lady at check out was very polite and sweet. The views and room was amazing and despite the check in my daughter had a lovely birthday.

I had gone with my family to celebrate New Year. For my stay I booked the Doubletree by Hilton through Hotels.com There was no room service in the hotel and even the room heater in our room was not working for 3 nights due to which my 3 children had to face a lot of trouble. Due to cold, one of my daughters has caught cold.

Arrival 5 star to departure at 2 star :(
I stayed for one night with my 12 yr old daught to see a gig at the O2. Check in was great. Lovely reception area and helpful customer service. Was told nothing is too much bother even if you need something in the middle of the night and just to call reception. The room was on the 3rd floor above the kitchen's. I called and asked for water to the room at modnight after returning from the gig and was asked to collect from reception meabing I had to leave my 12 yr old alone. We were woken very early by bottle bins being emptied/collected and delivery trucks arriving and unloading for at least an hout by which point we gave up and got up. When I raised these issues at reception i received a half sorry and a good bye. And so like another revoew I have read, customer service started great on arrival but sadly took a big U Turn as our stay progressed

Very average and definitely not 4 star
Only spent a couple of hours in the hotel but service at the bar was slow. No room service food so had to order in takeaway pizza to eat in the room. Shower was not warm the next morning.
