First Time at the Heathrow Hilton

Pros: The room was excellent and extremely quiet. Restaurants, breakfast, spa all high quality and the service very professional
Cons: ability to make the room cooler
Location: great location for Heathrow Airport and the underground into London City Center
On arriving I tried to get a credit for booking a week earlier and not cancelling in time and they told me because I made the booking through a third part ( Expedia ) it would not be possible. Disappointing and $200 wasted! Got to the room and discovered you had to pay over $20 to get wi-fi which I thought would have been included.

Nice hotel, convenient to terminal #4 at Heathrow

Pros: Location to Heathrow airport
Cons: King size beds
Location: Windsor castle, British Museum, Museum of Science and Natural History all within an hour or less by public transportation.
Stayed one night both before and after a cruise. Good hotel for convenience to Heathrow airport, London underground and local transportation. Early check in request was accomodated. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Fast check in and check out. Walk from terminal 4 to hotel via an enclosed walk path. Quiet location, do not hear jets at airport.

Overnight Layover

Staff were very helpful and took great care of us. The room was very quiet even though it was close to the runways. We made good use of the executive lounge, access came with the room, so we were able to forgo a set meal in the restaurants. My wife is disabled and we were surprised that they took the time to put together an plan to address her evacuation needs should it be required.

Location: Easy walk to flight check in & all services
I was very tired when I arrived & in need of rest. The hotel met all my expectations & was convenient to my flight the next day. Couldn't ask for more!

one night stay

Great hotel. I choose it because it was connected to the terminal. There is train shuttle connecting all terminals. If you walk thou the passage and take the train...it takes about 30 minutes to get to termial 2. We did decide to just taxi for 15 pounds to terminal 2 as we had an early morning flight.

Great Hotel Near to Heathrow

Location: Purely an Airport stop over
We arrived late to the Hotel and were quickly checked in to find a comfortable well appointed room waiting for us. The shower was a delight with a Monsoon feature and a regular pwer shower to choose from. The room itself was spotless and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a much wider choice than I expected. The food was hot and freshly prepared. When leaving the hotel I took advantage of the complimentary buggy service back to the Airport. I couldn't fault the experience, my only disappointment was that I didn't have time to take advantage of the indoor swimming pool!

Convenience rules

Cons: Attention to service in the main restaurant - even at breakfast tables weren't cleared efficiently
Location: Fly!
After flying and transfers for 18 hours it was a treat to be able to stroll along the corridor to the hotel - though I was pleased it wasn't raining at the end as there is no cover from the 'tunnel' to the hotel entrance!!! The check-in was efficient and helpful and on leaving the concierge staff were most helpful. I was able to use the executive lounge and was please with what was on offer and even more so when the staff therein retrieved my forgotten bag and handed it into the front desk for my collection! Sadly my dining experience at the main restaurant for dinner (a la carte) was lacklustre and service sporadic: I asked for a bottle of the house wine and was brought a glass and I needed to ask three times for water……… HOWEVER overall very positive.

Perfect for an airport pick up!

Location: The location was prefects! 6 min walk through a safe tunnel and your at the airport! Amazing!
My stay at the Hilton near heathrow airport was perfect. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. I was picking someone up from the airport and surprised them with a stay at the hotel. As you walk out of the hotel on the left hand side there is a tunnel you can walk through for 6 mins and it takes you directly to heathrow airport! I was sooooo impressed. The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool sauna and steam room were clean, nice facilities. I didn't us the gym but I had a look and it seemed to have a lot of equipment. Over all a wonderful stay!

Pros: Excellent service from staff.
Cons: Bit of a long walk from the airport. Okay for fit adults, but can be a struggle with children /luggage. Provision of a mobility vehicle may help
Location: Used tube to get into and explore central london
Delighted with the excellent service provided. We were able to check in earlier than the official check in time, as our flight had landed at 10.45 am (had mailed Hilton prior and got prompt response indicating this possibility). The rooms were bright and spacious (for London standards!). The food and service at the Oriental Restaurant was superb. The coffee shop struggled a bit in provided quick service, but then again it was a very busy time. We were unable to check out at the allocated time due to an hour and a half delay in the Hire Car office. We called Hilton who again accommodated our request to allow extension to 13 30 hours (official check out 1200 hours), and I really appreciate the fact that they did not charge us extra for it. Will definitely stay again here.
