Close to Westfields, tube station and Roof Gardens

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: The buffet breakfast & conceierge was helpful. Conveniently located to where I wanted to be.
Cons: Slight musty smell in from the lift lobbies to the floors
Location: Westfields shop until you drop, nightlife and plenty of restaurants to chose from
I booked a night here to celebrate my 40th and was pleased to have selected the best location to nightlife clubs and restaurants and Westfield shopping during the day, definitely would come back here suitable for a girlie weekend away or with the family

Decent place but not a good location for most folk

Posted Nov 15, 2014
The staff was clueless. Waited 10 minutes to check in while the clerk talked to a girl about her cell phone. Wanted a cup of coffee in the morning and was told that breakfast wasn't included in my rate. I finally just helped myself. Only booked the hotel for the cheap rate b

Good Location. Local transportation very close. Mall nearby. Small Room and Bath. Air Conditioning does not work. Comfortable bed. Expensive Internet. Unhelpful staff.

For luxury and pampering, stay here!

Posted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Exclusive Executive lounge
Cons: Nothing
Location: Opposite Kensington Gardens; lovely neighbourhood. Close by are the Museums, Notting Hill and Westfield shopping. Only 5 minutes walk from the tube.
We had a Junior Executive suite; seemed expensive at time of booking, but it was such a high standard in comfort and space, that intend to book for this next time. The included extras were totally unexpected; a lovely surprise! Bubby in our room the first night; daily afternoon tea in the Executive lounge and canap├ęs and drinks early evening; and an exclusive breakfast in the lounge each morning. I can't wait to go back!

Nice central hotel, extremely poor service

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff could be more helpful & friendly Organisation of room cleaning
Location: Good location very close to shepherds bush tube station.
Nice hotel but extremely poor and rude staff & service. Our rooms weren't ready until 4.30pm, when checking was at 3. Which left us having to rush to a meal reservation at 5pm. Following morning we went to breakfast came back and couldn't get into our rooms, after the 3rd time of being given a new door card it didn't work so a very rude member of staff came with us, she clearly couldn't be bothered to help. It was a real shame as hotel rooms were lovely!

Good hotel in central London

Pros: Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet despite location on main road.
Cons: Dodgy air-con.
Close to Westfield. Buses to central London from outside the hotel. An excellent place for a weekend trip.

Good location and helpful staff

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Decoration a little tired though room was very clean.
Location: Close to Westfield centre, tube and train station, buses outside the door to Oxford st and Westminster. Holland Park with a lovely Japanese garden.
Have stayed here before and found the location good to get to different parts of westLondon. Standard hotel rooms are comfortable but a bit tired in places. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
