clean comfortable hotel in good locationPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: very clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Good location for shopping, Hyde Park, and connections to city centre
Cons: maybe more staff on reception
Location: Westfield shopping centre is 5 minutes walk, as is underground - central line, direct link to central London
a great weekend away, Proms in the Park on Saturday and shopping at Westfield on Sunday. arrived early, parking very easy, and room was available at 12.30pm. Nice stroll to Hyde Park through Notting Hill, and walked back after event so no crushed undergrounds. Quiet night's sleep, even though we were facing onto the main road. Sunday morning walked to Westfield Centre- word of advice the shops open from midday so no need to hurry.

Weekend Theatre VisitPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Location,access to onward travel,room size,comfort,cleanliness,service.
Cons: Thought the cost of Breakfast and Bar prices were a little excessive.
Location: Location made it easy to find....didn't really visit any local places of interest as we were going to the Theatre.
Booked into Hilton Kensington for one night stay in London ......easy to find, great location, easy access to tube station for travel to Theatre.

Nice touch from management!Posted Sep 8, 2014
Room was good, clean with usual good facilities. The hotel were very accommodating to a particular request we had and indeed went further to enhance the enjoyability of our stay. Thank you, it's not just the premier suite brigade get looked after here, but those of us looking for an affordable deal in an increasingly very expensive city!

Brilliant. I'm still raving about it to friendsPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Everything. The staff solved any minor problems really quick, the hospitality was the best of any hotel i've stayed. Beds were very warm.
Cons: The gap under the front door of the room. It may be for safety (Which is why it's not a bother). You can hear everything in the hall, like in the room
Location: There are plenty of pubs, restuarants, and shops around the hotel. Great tube, and bus links. Just around the corner from Notting Hill Carnival.
I'd never stayed in an Executive style before, and will definately do it again. The only way this could be improved is with it being free, and giving me money :) The facilities were fantastic, or the staff would help by fixing any problems. The view wasn't amazing, but hotels are for sleeping. It was just around the corner from the Notting Hill Carnival, so was in the perfect location for me. Not only were the staff friendly, but it seemed every guest i met was too. It was overall an amazing weekend helped by a very well run team. I didn't have a remote for the tele, but that was sent up within half an hour. Any problems would only be down to your personal tastes, but it was perfect for me. See you next year, and any time i'm in London.

Nice locationPosted Sep 3, 2014
Very nice area of london close to tubes and many sites. Hotel is located on a busy street, and a bit noisy at night. Otherwise, accomodations were very good

Good hotelPosted Sep 2, 2014
On arrival the hotel can be perceived as a little run down from the outside but as soon as you step inside, all is forgotten. Very beautiful hotel, nicely sized rooms. Ice bucket in the room & ice machine on each floor is very handy for keeping drinks cold & wine chilled. I would highly recommend. Nearest tube station is Shepherds Bush on the central line so it's fairly easy to commute. The hotel is across the road from the massive Westfield shopping centre, definitely worth a look!

In a neighboorhood - fun to walk and interact.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Close to all transit, in neighborhood, safe.
Cons: Housekeeping inconsistent. Everyday neede to call for something - towels, supposed to have robe/slippers - never received them, etc.
Location: Right on and close to mass transit - bus, underground, overground. Good pubs close, bookstore, etc.
Good experience except for housekeeping - every day we needed something which was forgotten or overlooked. Concierge was terrific and a great help.

Functional business hotelPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: It suited our requirements and the price was fair.
Cons: Some better art on the walls
Location: Not too far from the tube!
We needed a functional hotel for a night's sleep. It fitted the criteria, nothing special, just a decent, clean hotel with pleasant staff.
