Pros: Nice staff and overall imprression
Cons: The heating is not working in all rooms. The staff resolve it by sending a heater to my room.
Good experience during a one week stay in meetings in one of the meeting rooms and two rooms.

Very nice hotel

Posted Feb 15, 2015
I arrived before noon and was still able to check in to the single room that I had. The room was nice, clean and spacious enough for one person. I had booked the hotel because of the fact that it was close to the 02 Shepherds Bush Empire where I was attending concert.

Convenient for Westfield & Oxford Tube

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Well placed for Westfield shopping and the Oxford Tube. We were in for an overnight and back out next day. For this, it's fine. The hotel is on the very edge of Holland Park but really Shepherds Bush. You can park at Westfield for £8.50 over 24 hours and walk to the hotel which was convenient. All with the hotel was "fine" for an overnight at a good price. This is one of the hotels that aircrew use because it's well located, relatively inexpensive but with amenities from a large brand hotel chain. Pleasant reception. Breakfast (extra) is abundant but not as good as I had hoped. In room amenities such as coffee, tea, biscuits are a nice touch. The hotel is popular with guests from Asia and Nigeria as well as (some) Brits. I would stay again.

An excellent hotel with an excellent staff, and Mr. Rashid was absolutely wonderful to us. There were three of us on holiday, including my mother-in-law. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable, and we appreciate this very much. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to Westfield Mall, Poundland, Vue Cinema, Waitrose, and across the street one can catch the bus. The hotel rooms were perfect, with a double bed, arm chair, table, and a desk with a chair. One time we needed an extra bath towel, and houskeeping brought two bath towels and two hand towels within a couple of minutes of our request. My mother-in-law is quite feeble and at times confused, but the staff behind the check-in counter and the gentlemen of the concierge, especially Mr. Rashid were the most professional, helpful and kindest we have EVER encountered in any of our hotel experiences. We highly reccommend this hotel, and we will happily return to it for our 25th wedding anniversary! Thank you Hilton London Kensington for a memorable and comfortable holiday!!

Awful room

Posted Feb 5, 2015
The room was freezing cold and the hotels heating system wouldn't work. When i complained for the third time I finally got a small heater sent to my room which did pretty much nothing. The room was cold and worn, won't be going back

Good location, nice hotel

Posted Feb 2, 2015
The hotel is nice, typical Hilton property, great location, just a few steps away from the tube and different bus stops. Also good if you want to roam around Kensington, nice base for your trip to London. Internet is not free unless you're Hilton Honors Silver or Gold. The rooms are small though.

Relaxing

Posted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: Felt relaxing even though you are in London.
Location: Next to a large shopping centre where there are numerous places to eat, there is a Waitrose where you can pick up things if you need them.
The hotel is just a five minute walk from Shepherds Bush tube station. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is good value for money.
