“I will not hesitate a moment to book again”

Very nice hotel with great and very helpful staff. The room on the 20th floor was excellent and the service just perfect. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the breakfast really rich. I would not hesitate a moment to book again in London Hilton Metropole and i really cannot wait to go back. Overall a great experience even during the very busy Christmas period. Once again well done to the management and the staff for the great quality of services provided. Consierge, Reception, Restaurant and Bar staff were simply great and kind

“Could not Recommend more highly”

Great personel, very clean rooms, nice space and good amenities. The spacing of the rooms in 2 towers is a little strange at first but one gets used to it. The sports bar had great people and was accomodating to a Final Four basketball fan even thought there were rugby and football fans in the room. Concierge was very helpful as was the HHonors desk.

“good starting point hotel...”

the only good part of the location is that it is walking distants from paddington train station which is the final stop to get to london from heathrow airport via train. the hotel it's self overall is very good. but is far from major sites of london. good for short stays.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay in London, there is a great Italian place around the corner for dinner and plenty of places nearby for other meals. Everything seemed to operate smoothly in the hotel and al staff members were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and the fitness club was great. The pool hours could be extended on weekends as it should be open to 9 or 10 pm. Just as an FYI, there is a parking charge of 25 GBP on weekends and 35 GBP for weekdays (every 24 hours) in a secured lot. We were very pleased with our stay.

“Great Experience”

Service was exceptional. They allowed early check-in which was helpful after a long flight. They help me access and print my booking pass for my flight home. The location was great-just across the street from the Edgware tube so it was an easy walk to the hotel with luggage.

“Family Friendly”

Fantastic experience for a city center hotel. Late breakfasts and checkouts flexible to your needs. Good facilities pool and gym, would be good to see it open earlier though. The best thing was the friendly and helpful staff in all departments. Check hotels own rates to compare before booking.

“Great Hotel”

I've stayed in a number of hilton hotel's and this one was by far the best! Got a great deal for a 2 night stay with breakfast included and i must say what a breakfast! Location is great, 5 mins walk from paddington, and tube station right across the road from hotel. In the evening we did get taxi back to hotel from covent garden, leicester square due to the late time and it cost us £15 with a tip. Hotel staff were very friendly and can't say a bad thing about them or my experience at the hotel. Would stay here again in a second if i could get a good price as really would like to spend more time in the actual hotel.

“Would return”

All the staff were extremely helpful & were always happy to help.It was very hot during our stay & the air conditioning wasn't working but it was fixed within the hour. The room was very pleasant & a good size for a room in London. Breakfast could be a bit hectic with queues but it was well worth the wait, a lovely selection of hot & cold food.The subway is very handy, just up the road from the hotel
