“London Ontario's best hotel service”
The room accomodation was normal for a 4-star hotel, but the presonnel were exceptionally professional and pleasant. An excellent group of friendly people. They expedited my emergency request to retrieve my keys from the room and have them delivered to me at the airport by taxi before my flight takes off in less than 50 minutes. The hotel was the best part of my stay in London Ontario.
“Great dowtown location”
Very nice, good service, great location. We would stay there again anytime,
“Quite satisfied with overall performance of staff, cleanliness etc. Would recommend at any time”
Was happy about stay, staff were courteous and efficient, parking was a little difficult on the weekend. One of the elevators gave trouble whereby it would stick.
This hotel has the friendliest door men ever to greet you upon arrival. Very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Stayed with two young children that enjoyed the pool. Food was within close walking distance. We will definitely choose this hotel when coming through next time.
“A good London Hotel”
It,s, seems very friendly, and the staf was servicminded and helpfull, and i had a good feeling. It is located near to the city center, and from the road out of town. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the prices was exeptable.
The Noise from the street was loud despite being o the eleventh floor. The sirens were excessively loud. The elevator dinging was audible even in my room which was around the corner. The hotel is very clean and spacious, with great amenities. Very family friendly.
“Ok but getting old”
Wifi didn't work, rooms old and location poor. Otherwise all fine.
Asked for a fridge before I got there. Didn't have one available when I arrived. I was told they would try to get me one, but over the next 5 full days they were unable to find one for me. Ice machines are only on every other floor and typically filling a bucket of ice would entail a trip to 3-4 floors because the machines would be out of ice.
“Ok but not great”
This property is in need of some upgrading, but it is well located and staff were helpful.
Our very small room service order for 3 cups of tea took almost 45 minutes to arrive, and then the steward arrived with only one small pot of water and one tea cup. We made several subsequent calls to the front desk (because the Room Service key on our phone didn't work) and each time the staff spoke to us as though we were a nuisance. After over an hour and a half of waiting, we called to cancel the order and again the woman we spoke to was quite curt. Considering the additional expense of staying at a Hilton property, hotel staff should be unusually accommodating and hospitable. Our experience at this London property was not that.
