“Ideal for 02 Arena”

Easy, short walk from O2 arena.

“good clean hotel and walking distance from the o2”

on arrival was greeted by staff with a smile and a welcome.. entrance was nice and clean. all areas were a clean. every one was relaxed . The room was nice and tidy every thing we needed.we. ran out of milk so went to Reception. the man working there was more than happy to give me more milk. . The hotel is a must if you going to the o2. i stayed here after the concert well worth it. Breakfast was nice. One Guy was very happy and helpful with the sitting arrangements. , made us feel special with his chirrpy ways. The only downside to breakfast was the hot buffet. Only sausages and bean to have.. no bacon or tomatoes.which was a shame. hope they will consider this in the future.. overall a very pleasant stay and will stay again if need be.

“excellent hotel easy to get into london and ust outside the congestion charge zone”

we got there a bit early but were able to leave our car there to go off exploring and then came back to check in later. Or room was ready about an hour before the quoted time which was really good of them to do. Room was everything we needed, quiet, clean comfy. Breakfast was help yourself with cereals, toast scrambled eggs, sausages and croisants and a range of drinks tea coffee juices etc. You also had a good view of the dome which looks great at night when all lit up. Also it only took us about 10 mins to walk to the dome where we got the tube into Central London and as its inside zone 2 the rail card was cheaper! One minor point, when we arrived there was a car in the car park which had been broken into. This made us nervous about leaving our car but we left it anyway and had no problems.

Their computers were running very slow & had some other problems so my key card didn't work in the elevators & the room door but a quick call to reception and a receptionist came straight up with 2 other keys which both worked. Also the drinks in the bar were very expensive, 2 vodka cokes (single measure) were £10.60

“Great location for O2”

Fantastic location for the O2 Arena - 10 mins walk away. Hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast better than expected (included hot choices) and service great.

Excellent hotel, the best hotel to stay at if going to the o2, 10mins walk, felt very safe even in the dark. Rooms nicely presented, clean and tidy. Good breakfast included. £7 to park. Would definately stay again.

It was a clean and nice hotel, perfect walking distance to the 02 Arena, nice place to stay if you want to get away from the busy central London.

“Cost-effective stay for meetings at Canary Wharf”

I was in town for meetings at Canary Wharf, and needed a place that was fairly close so as to avoid commuter hell at rush hour. From N. Greenwich station, it's only one stop on the tube, so it was pretty quick to get there and back. It's a bit of a walk to N. Greenwich station, however, so be warned; a cab is quicker. There's nothing around the hotel, however. There's a Chinese restaurant at the lobby level that isn't bad. (They have good dim sum at lunch, apparently.) This isn't exactly a vacation spot if you're in town to see Big Ben and shop on Regent street. But if you have to go to Canary Wharf and you want a relatively inexpensive place to stay, this place is decent and I'd stay there again. (It's a Holiday Inn Express, so it's as cookie-cutter as you can get.)

“Pretty surprising”

holiday Inn's arent revered for thiercomfort and service but this hotel surprised me. Maybe up until now I have just stayed in awful hotels and I do not know what quality service is but I really enjoyed my stay here.
