Overnight business stay in HammersmithPosted Dec 5, 2013
Pros: Clean, pleasant staff, free wifi and free breakfast
Cons: Get some heating that works please
Hotel was ok, just spoiled by the fact that the heating system left the room feeling chilly all night - just didn't seem able to get above 17degC

A good stay.Posted Nov 24, 2013
Sometimes we say to ourselves when it comes to hotels 'as long as it's clean', or 'it's only somewhere to sleep', but this Holiday Inn is all those, very good value, with free breakfast, great shopping nearby and good tube links into London. Quiet room, nice bathroom and good food.

Stay after a showPosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: Well placed and clean
Cons: More tea in the room :p
Location: The location is well places if you are going to Hammersmith Apollo however there is not much else to do in the area, but lots of nice places for food
Me and my partner wanted somewhere to crash after a show at the Hammersmith Apollo, it's about 5 mins walk after, staff couldn't have been nicer, room had everything you would need plus a pub one min close for a cheeky night cap, would book again anytime. Plus breaky included what more could you want.

Just what we needed!Posted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: Price, clean, location, and staff.
Cons: USB chargers in room.
Location: Plenty of pubs and resturants near by, along with shopping needs for anything you might have forgotten.
I took my wife and 13 year old daughter to London for their first vacation out of the USA. I had read reviews of this hotel and tried to do as much research as possible before going. We stayed 7 nights. While there was no closet, and very little floor space, it was what we needed. The room was very clean, the staff very helpful when we asked for help, and the location was a ten minute walk to Hamersmith Tube Station. We would usually leave earlier in the morning to experience London, and return later in the evening to the hotel. We were so tired at the end of the day that we just needed to shower and sleep. It was perfect for that. If you are going to spend a lot of time in your room, get a larger room. We had a double with a pull out sofa that left no moving room, but slept well. Wi-fi worked throughout the hotel and in our room.

clean room, but not much spacePosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: cleanness and convenient location
Cons: space in the room
Location: located close to underground with easy access to Heathrow, many cafes and shops around
Our room was very clean but not much space to move when sofa bed is in use, convenient location close to the underground and surrounded by shops. It was a pleasant stay apart from very small room and noise from time to time in the mornings, probably from refuse collection.

Convenient location and good servicePosted Sep 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
I really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith. The hotel is clean, close to the Hammersmith tube station from where you can get to most must-see sights and to/from Heathrow without transfers, breakfast buffet is excellent. There are lots of places to eat and shop around. The only inconvenience was the sofa-bed in our family room, I could feel every spring in that mattress. But there is a positive side to it too as it doesn’t keep you asleep for too long and you’re awake just in time for delicious breakfast!
