The toilet was difficult to flush and shower drain was blocked so we couldn't have a shower. Otherwise everything was fine as we needed a good night sleep after a 25 hour flight.

I was put on second floor of hotel, I asked for higher floor. The road noise was horrible, lots of motorcycles. The room sound insulation is very poor. You can hear every noise. Breakfast was wonderful however.

Everything was fine except they did not have a usb connection in the room we stayed which is a little outdated for this time of age other than that it was excellent staff was very friendly and helpful super we really enjoyed our stay

Hotel is 10 mins away from airport but 45 minutes to downtown. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was included and very good. Had issues with the room phone, the keys and the safe but other than that everything went well.

This was the most terrible holiday inn hotel i have visited, its very noisy, its like a night club all night music smell of Arabic smoking downstairs, the stuff were unprofessional unhelpful

Average Hotel. Rooms were Motel quality. Staff was unfriendly with the exception of 1 staff member at front desk who assisted in charging my portable charger when I went to breakfast. Just a distasteful experience overall. Wi-Fi was poor. Liked nothing about it.

This property is super convenient! The bus stop is right across the street and is so easy to move around. The staff is friendly and very service oriented. ñ The room rate is reasonable, there’s breakfast included which was really good. I think we would definitely stay here again if we come back to London.

The Staff are very helpful. Easy to locate. Only the room is a bit to warm... I complained to the front desk and they apologize, they said they will give me a discount, but since it was booked to Expedia,they advise me to contact you and you can contact them for the discount. It’s 20 minutes from the airport, no shuttle service available. You have to pay to take a local bus to get there and they only run once per hour at night. Should not be allowed to be called Terminal 5 airport

Overall hotel was good and staff was really nice. Couple of things which could have been better. Car parking was full so had to wait for an hour and sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and noisy even when used for children.
