Nice hotel close to the airportPosted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: Clean and comfortable beds
Cons: The car parking should be included in the price.
Location: Perfect location to catch the flight from the Heathrow airport.
This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. Perfect for overnight stay to catch the flight from Heathrow. Staff is pleasant- all in all great stay. Only one downside is that parking is not free.

Nice hotel--great access to HeathrowPosted Apr 7, 2014
Location: This is very near Heathrow Airport, Windsor, Eton, and Ascot. With the accessibility to Heathrow, London is a short commute too.
The hotel staff was outstanding--everyone we met in England was outstanding! The hotel was asthetically pleasing and breakfast was great! It is very close to Heathrow Airport and Windsor. The accessibility to Heathrow allows you to commute to London easily as well.

good price.Posted Apr 4, 2014
Pros: big breakfast
Cons: comfort of beds.
Location: a busy road. about 3 mi from heathrow.
When we finally arrived at our Hotel check in was easy . received our keys which included internet password that was specific to our room. the room reeked of smoke even though it was a no smoking hotel. we called down and they immediately changed our room. this room however had a broken shower head. which they fixed quickly. OUr room had two single beds which were ok on comfort. the Am breakfast was large in choice for a continental breakfast. plenty of staff on hand even though it was self serve. the dining room stayed open until 10 pm and there was another rest. on site though service there was bad.TV had a personal service which you could check messages, wake up call etc from your TV. no frills, but comfortable enough and clean.

Value for MoneyPosted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: location as we were attending a function in Windsor
Cons: Provide trays in the Breakfast area to carry food to the tables
Location: Windsor was very appealing and would stay there when visiting slough, Windsor and surrounding places
Hardly spent any time in the hotel as was just an overnight stay. The mattress sunk in as we got in bed and was uncomfortable to get sleep

Great Hotel and Very CheapPosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable and modern. Short drive to terminal 4 in Heathrow. Cheap and breakfast included.
Cons: If anything, breakfast could be slightly better. But this is being really picky
Location: Easy access to Heathrow
We only stayed in this hotel for one night as we had a flight early the next day, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but had breakfast in the morning which was nothing special, just an average continental breakfast but a bonus as it was included in the price which was cheaper than other hotels in the area which didn't offer breakfast. It is near Terminal 5 which is a £17 taxi fare but we needed terminal 4 which was £22.50. A shuttle bus is available and cheaper but we wanted to just get to the airport directly and quickly. Definetely a great hotel to use when traveling early the next morning,.

Reasonable Heathrow hotelPosted Mar 31, 2014
When our mains socket stopped working we were offered another room of similar standard on the same floor, which was good. However, the room we were moved to smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke, which was awful. Given that we had already moved once already we were too tired and exhaustedd to complain again.

Misleading namePosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Kids inside play area is a good for toddlers but if I had a 6 year-old he would tear the joint apart. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Everything except the kids play area and staff
Location: If you were really bored you could go to the BP Service Station across the road that also had a small M&S Food part t
Let's start with the name, Terminal 5. It was at least 5 miles to Terminal 5. I live 50 metres from a very attractive woman, I don't claim to live with her. Average experience overall. Room was OK, check-in was OK. Free breakfast from 630am-10am is only for Mon-Friday. We were staying Sat Night with an early Sun flight leaving on the 7am shuttle to the airport. Cooked breakfast didn't start until 7am, we was robbed. This is dodgy and not something you expect from a big hotel operator. Wi-Fi just didn't work anywhere (room, bar or lobby). In-house restaurants should be renamed "Microwaving for profit".

Relatively close to Heathrow and good valuePosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Good value, especially when compared to price option and time of going into London town. Ideal for a brief stayover near Heathrow.
Location: Not much. A gas station, mini-mart, and an Italian restaurant nearby (didn't try so can't imagine it would be that good).
The hotel is decent. While it's not too far from Heathrow, don't expect a free shuttle (4.5 GBP one-way, 8 GBP round-trip), or even a 5-10 ride to/from the airport, more like 30-40. Free breakfast is ok, nothing to write home about, it's England. Room was spacious and clean.

Alright for one nightPosted Mar 27, 2014
Pros: Great breakfast selection
Cons: Need an in room Fridge. Carrying medication on my travels that needs to be kept cold. Lucky it's England so I just put on Window Ledge.
Location: Teach over road and round corner, petrol station with food cafe across road, close to airport.
Over all not bad for one night, good breakfast and clean rooms. No fridge or wardrobe.
