During our check in, receptionist took phone call so had to wait for someone else to check us in. We were Told that we had booked 3 nights which we hadn't and that we hadn't paid, which we had. Decided to leave and try to get somewhere else to stay but called back and asked to confirm details (which he had printed out), turned out to be for someone else so we eventually got checked in correctly. Room was fine other than poor nights sleep for 2 nights due to bed being too hard for me as well as pillow (soft and hard pillow option but they all seemed to be the same to us). During our stay the only food we managed to get at the hotel was breakfast which was a bit of a free for all but a decent breakfast although limited. Everytime we tried to get food, the bar was either closed or not serving food unless you wanted a Pizza or Panini which were available 24 hrs so highly likely to be a microwave option.
