“London overnight”

My plans had changed and I arrived a lot earlier than planned, the staff went out of thier way to accommodate me with early check in and breakfast. There were absolutely no issues with staffing or waiting and every employee I had contact with was congenial and helpful. I will most definitley stay here again and have no reservations recommending this Holiday Inn Express

“Clean, Nice loction and Hot !”

My Husband and I stayed in this express hotel during a three day stay in London. The location was good because it is an easy five min. walk to Victoria Station, a hub for Trains and the Underground. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, the size was smaller than what we are used to, but standard for London I understand. My only negative is there was no airconditioning. It was 80 to 87 degrees during our stay. There was a fan in the room, but.... I would stay at this Holiday Inn Express again, just not durring the hot summer months.

“Will return when in London”

The room was a bit small but extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in a nice neighborhood and safe. It was convenient to the tube station. Overall, we liked it a lot.

“Everything we wanted and more”

This hotel was wonderful We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was great. We would go back there again.

“Clean, well maintained and located Hotel in London”

Well kept, I believe recently remodeled, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is well located close both to Victoria Station (rail, buses and underground) and Pimlico tube station which I much appreciated. Size of rooms and fitting are good and the breakfast provided quite adequate.

“Good place for a short stay”

Stayed there for two nights while on short vacations. Nice hotel, conveniently located close to Victoria station and major London attractions. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, small but clean rooms. You get what you expect to have for the price.

“Nice neat and well kept, but small.”

The hotel was nice neat and well kept. Staff was excellent and very helpful in assisting us. Breakfast is a continental breakfast, but it was good and very adequate. It came with the room price. There is not a regular restaurant on premise, but there are several about two blocks away that do well for dinner. No need to go out for breakfast. The bar was fine. I did find the room to be very small, by the time you pack a couple of suitcase in your room, you are out of walking around space. I believe the room advertised on the web shows a sofa, but you have to ask for that. The room is big enough to have a good night's sleep, take a shower and get out. The hotel has all the qualities of a three star hotel, expect for the room size. As small as it was, I would still book the hotel again.

“Great location, Great price!”

Nice hotel, pretty good location. About 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station, and we were easily able to walk to most attractions. The room was small, but very clean, with a nice big bathroom. Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't that comfortable - a few springs in our backs! But the staff was friendly, and we would probably stay here again. Great deal for the money!

“Very reasonable no-frills hotel”

We were looking for a conveniently located no-frills hotel and were satisfied with this hotel and particularly pleased with its proximity to Pimlico Station on the Victoria Line. Room was comfortable if basic and only complaint was the small ensuite facilities to which access was rather tight. It was rather a squeeze past the sink. However, there was a good sized shower cubicle and a good quality shower so no complaints there. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Very Good London hotel for budget conscious”

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. The neighbourhood very safe, convenient to the Underground (Pimlico or Victoria Station), and bus service in front of hotel. There were also several terrific restaurants nearby. The only negative was I arrived during a heat wave (yes, London gets them, too), and the hotel does not have A/C. The continental breakfast included with the room was also very good.
