“Clean, Nice loction and Hot !”

My Husband and I stayed in this express hotel during a three day stay in London. The location was good because it is an easy five min. walk to Victoria Station, a hub for Trains and the Underground. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, the size was smaller than what we are used to, but standard for London I understand. My only negative is there was no airconditioning. It was 80 to 87 degrees during our stay. There was a fan in the room, but.... I would stay at this Holiday Inn Express again, just not durring the hot summer months.

“can stay at the same hotel if i visit London once more”

Rooms are small but clean and tidy.Staff are kind and helpful.Hotel location is very convenient.((very close to tube ,train staion and coach station ) Also there is a bus stop nearby.

Area recommendations
Victoria,Westminster Because they are close to main tourist attractions.
When to go
summer time especially in June.Less rain and nice weather

“Disappointed”

I would only recommend this hotel to a couple for a short stay. The room was SOOOO small and nothing like I expected. The bathroom was about as big as the 'bedroom'. Housekeeping was never the same...some days we would have 5 extra clean towels and other just 2 :S. Our sink drain was EXTREMELY clogged and even though I informed the front desk they never got it fixed the three nights we were there.

“Good place for a short stay”

Stayed there for two nights while on short vacations. Nice hotel, conveniently located close to Victoria station and major London attractions. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, small but clean rooms. You get what you expect to have for the price.

“Will return when in London”

The room was a bit small but extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in a nice neighborhood and safe. It was convenient to the tube station. Overall, we liked it a lot.

“Clean, well maintained and located Hotel in London”

Well kept, I believe recently remodeled, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is well located close both to Victoria Station (rail, buses and underground) and Pimlico tube station which I much appreciated. Size of rooms and fitting are good and the breakfast provided quite adequate.

“London overnight”

My plans had changed and I arrived a lot earlier than planned, the staff went out of thier way to accommodate me with early check in and breakfast. There were absolutely no issues with staffing or waiting and every employee I had contact with was congenial and helpful. I will most definitley stay here again and have no reservations recommending this Holiday Inn Express

“Everything we wanted and more”

This hotel was wonderful We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was great. We would go back there again.

Area recommendations
Central London is easy to get around in and has most of the tourist attractions.
Getting around
Get an Oyster car if staying more than one day. You can use it on trains, underground, and buses. You get a refund when you turn it in at the end of your stay.

“Poor excuse of a hotel.”

Room was tiny. Bathroom sink faucets hardly worked. Couldn't get an ice bucket. Only one person works there at any given time and has to remain at desk. Door key did not work.

“Practical, moderately priced hotel”

Clean, comfortable, moderate hotel. No real perks or extras, but I wasn't expecting any. The room was on the second floor overlooking the street. Also, we went in early April and the heat was pretty high (you couldn't control it from the individual room). We ended up keeping the window open during the nights with a fan blowing. The front desk only has one person working at any given time, so you have to wait your turn. All of them were friendly and pretty helpful. It was within walking distance to two tube stations and the neighborhood felt very safe. I would return to this hotel.
