Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent, being in close walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants and the Olympic Stadium.
Cons: The water glasses in the rooms could be larger
Location: The newly redeveloped Stadium and park will draw families and adults like to this area
I booked 2 rooms, a twin and a double as I was staying in London for a night with my wife, her mother an my teenaged son and we required a base to visit central London. Although I made no request through Expedia, my 2 separate room bookings were matched up and the hotel staff arranged 2 adjoining rooms which was very convenient for us. The hotel itself is in the centre of the Westfield Centre and very convenient for all the shops and restaurants. I was raining on the nigh we stayed but that was no problem as it was less than two minutes walk to the Jamie Oliver Restaurant. However if it had been finer weather we would have ventured further as there are a huge variety of restaurants across the site. The following lunchtime we ate at The Cow, a traditional style pub with real ales and excellent pub food, before driving home to Telford.

NICE HOTEL, BAD SLEEP DUE TO NOISE FROM OUTSIDEPosted Jan 5, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Bed comfort, noise in evening
Location: Westfield shopping centre / Tube into Central London
Hotel is a good base for shopping in Westfield, Stratford. The room was nice, but the bed was to hard for me. We didn't get a good night sleep due to noise outside. On arrival I rang reception as the music from the shopping centre was loud. The receptionist assured me that this was turned off a 9pm. I should of realised there was a problem with noise when on arrival we were put on the 7th floor opposite the casino. I did complain to the hotel, but all they said was next time I book they will sort something out. Breakfast was ok, sausages and bacon could be of better quality.

Great ExperiencePosted Dec 24, 2013
Pros: The staff, the cleanliness, the convenient location
Cons: the shower/tub combo and the toilet
Location: Conveniently located next to shopping plaza and stations
I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. It's conveniently located within minutes of both Stratford and Stratford International Stations and directly across the street from the Westfield Shopping Centre. Very clean facility and the staff was very helpful, allowing me to store my luggage for the afternoon after I had already checked out and then also taking the time to help direct me to my next destination. That spoke volumes to me. On my next visit to the UK, I have full confidence that this will be the hotel I stay at. My 2 very minor issues with the hotel were the toilet and the shower/tub. The toilet seat was mounted, which LOOKS nice, but when you sit on it and it starts creaking, it makes you a bit weary. The shower/tub was great (I actually fell asleep in it) but the tub wall is so high that when you try to get out (even with the bath mat down inside), I slipped and nearly fell. Two small VERY MINOR things, but I wanted to point them out.

Great Hotel, Great LocationPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very new, the rooms are very comfortable, very good size and clean. The personnel at the front desk are very kind and helpful. very well located in the Westfield Commercial Shopping Center, where are lots op restaurants and all kind of stores, just across the street is the amazing Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The Underground station is very close, so downtown can be reached in just few minutes.
