Absolutely loved this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids for Legoland, this is a great choice. They have restaurant where your kids eat free. They have room service, super easy parking and the room has air conditioning. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need for your family. The front desk gave my kids each a gift which was a super nice touch.

Nice room, modern bathroom. Great breakfast and evening meal was ok. The bed unfortunately wasnt comfortable at all so didnt great a full nights sleep

Nice hotel with a great location. Only disappointing thing was the cold shower which me, my wife and 2 kids had to endure

Great nights stay in the perfect location
Stayed here as it was near to Legoland. It was also only a few minutes drive to Slough train station which is where we parked for 7 hours for only £8.00. We got the train into Paddington and then to South Kensington to take the kids to the National History Museum. Location couldn’t have been better! Service at the hotel was excellent from the minute we arrived. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Restaurants for breakfast and dinner were good and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Legoland.

Night before flight Heathrow hotel
Initial room mattress very springy & not comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful & quickly changed rooms for us. Good location for the airport. Breakfast very good. Would stay again.

Ok stay
The hotel overall is ok, but it could do with a facelift, it’s tired and dated. We had a family room for 4 of us, there was 4 plug sockets! 2 on the desk and 2 random ones by the front door at floor level. We ate in the restaurant, it’s self ordering via a tablet, everything is done by you via this, yet they still add a 10% gratuity to the bill. Reception were good, and breakfast staff were friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a lovely lady who was kind and polite.She gave my daughter a colour set which was a nice touch.We mentioned it was my partners birthday as she was asking about our day so she then gave him a voucher for a free drink which again was a nice thing to do. Our room was really nice, spacious and clean. Then we went to get some food, it was very busy. There seemed to be 3 people serving. We ordered food on the tablet provided. However the food took almost an hour to arrive, they brought some meals out then to waiters were serving other tables their meals,then 10 minutes later they arrived with our last meal.My pizza was luke warm and half the cheese on top had not melted properly, we couldn't find anyone to ask for some help with this.My daughter wanted a dessert but again trying to find someone to order this was impossible. My partner waited at the kitchen door to catch someone coming out, she came to our table to check which icecream so I asked her how long it would take, she said 10 minutes, the kitchen is very busy.I asked for it straight away we had waited so long for the food and my daughter needed to go to bed.She brought it within about 5minutes so that was better.She told us we would need to pay downstairs due to the free drinks voucher as she knew nothing about that. This took sometime. No apologies for the late food. They were just massively understaffed but communicating this would be better, make people aware of the wait.

The room was spacious and as expected, however there were a few things that could have been better. The heating/AC unit in the room was incredibly loud when turned on, we had to turn off the heating after 5 minutes. We ordered a hot chocolate for room service, the service charge was incredibly excessive. There is also no fridge which I woild expect for a room this size and there were a couple of stains on the bathroom wall and door. On the plus side, check in was fairly simple and parking was available, the cost of the room was also a fair price. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and close to windsor. Breakfast had good options and the staff were friendly.

while the property I stayed at was conveniently located, I found the overall facilities to be more aligned with a 3-4 star rating. The rooms were comfortable but could use some updating. The service provided was satisfactory but not exceptional. If you prioritize convenience over luxurious facilities, this property could still be a suitable choice for your stay.

The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly, room was nice also. The food prices are ridiculous though. The only downside to the stay. Food wasn’t great but the prices were ridiculous. All in all though good stay. Just wouldn’t eat In restaurant again 😅

Best Customer Service Anywhere
We spent a week at this convenient hotel near Windsor, UK. Everything was so easy to get to by taxi...it was more convenient and actually cheaper that renting a car. But the best feature is how everyone on the staff would give 110% to make sure your every need and want were taken care of. Their 24-hour food service was amazing! And the buffet breakfast included something for everyone, including abundant proteins, an array of fruits accompanied by yogurt, and muffins and croissants! The restaurant had a varied menu with something for everone! Our only complaint: our "accessible" room did not have grab bars in the "step-in" shower, which required an 8" high climb to enter and was not wide enough to accommodate a shower bench. Other than that. I'd give this hotel an excellent rating!!!!
