Rubbish you come out with and a liar, you were caught with an extra person in the room, 1 more than you paid for. Were dirty in the room and had a very miserable face as a consequence of the discovery, your husband was at least polite. Your review is unacceptable as you were wrong about everything!

Thank you for the positive feedback and very pleased you enjoyed your stay. The problem with certain reviews is that usually by guests we have had to reprimand/fine for inappropriate behavior/damage and basic in consideration of other guests staying in the hotel

Nonsense and totally wrong! You were very messy the staff complained about how you left the room!

You are lying or delusional about most of this. There was a hairdryer in the room drawer, you never looked. You claim a can of beer was missing, he said to speak to reception in the morning, but you never did, just left the key at the reception desk and walked out. Possibly you drank too much beer and lost count! Spoken to the staff and they said never touched the beer you had, all we can do is all staff bags are checked at the end of their shift.

Nonsense most of this. Perhaps a hair and for that, we apologize, will reprimand cleaners to check more closely. Also will admonish , the external laundry company if have not cleaned towels properly.

Question the breakfast remark as the breakfast room is fine. Proportionally we have more seats per guest than most hotels (including hotels from 50 guests to 1000). The problem is we can have a quiet breakfast period of a few people for 75 minutes then 30% of guests might try to get in in a 20-minute period and then we go quiet again- also we are very, very fast. Not bad considering the breakfast is Free.

You could have asked for a fan and the shower works fine so you could turn down the temperature easily!! .As in London would be noisier than most hotels further out - a fact you have to expect in older hotels!

Not sure this is right, nothing was said so we cannot check. If an issue with pillows could have been resolved but not mentioned so the review is not valid. Is this just one of those mean reviews because you left early and cannot get a refund?
