OK for short term stayPosted Dec 2, 2012
Pros: Location. Very close to both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations
Cons: The room was up two flights of stairs and a bit rundown.
Location: Very close to both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations and Whitelys and plenty of restaurants and shops.
The room didn't live up to the photos as it was much smaller and starting to show signs of wear and tear. However, It was generally pretty clean and all that we needed for one night. the room was warm and the beds were comfortable. The shower could do with some remedial work. No seal on the bottom of the door so the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower and as a result the bottom of the bathroom door was starting to rot. Also the shower grouting was a bit mouldy. The rest was clean though. The paintwork in the room could also do with a clean and a refresh.

apartment's excellent locationPosted Oct 26, 2012
we enjoyed our stay the room was just the right size for two people. toaster, microwave and kettle provided was good. however the double bed was two single beds put together which was somewhat uncomfortable. having said that i would definitely come back.

Good location and price but very basic roomsPosted Oct 17, 2012
Pros: It's cheap and small kitchen allows simple meals to be made in room. Much better and less costly than eating in restaurants all the time.
Cons: Grubby, cracked walls. Zero artwork or decoration
Location: Excellent locations - tube and bus links to central London
Very good location for tourism, and budget price is attractive. Rooms are clean, but very very basic. The plain white walls are showing signs of age and neglect - many scuff marks and cracks in the plasterwork. No decoration or artwork to relieve the boring, glaring whiteness. I will use this hotel again but will not recommend it to anyone who is likely to expect something more than a bare room.

I'll never stay there again!Posted Oct 15, 2012
Very shabby and in need of updating - economy shouldn't mean tatty. No hot water on second morning! Dirty laundry all over the entrance hall.

Pros: The locations is fab
Cons: Shower could have done with a good bleaching
Location: Fantastic location
All the staff we met on the reception desk were so friendly and helpful. It was also great to have the kitchen if you are doing your stay on a budget.

Pros: Clean, bright, location, pleasant
Cons: Bed, no assistance with bags
Location: Perfect. Close to tube and hyde park/museums
Stay overall good, was 3rd floor with no lift so a bit of a job to get bags up! And the double bed was 2 singles together so wasnt ideal but overall very happy with service & stay. Room small but had all we needed and great location close to tube and hyde park!!

Perfect location for hyde parkPosted May 16, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were there for an event at Hyde Park. for that it's perfect, just a few yards from an entrance to the park. It's also very close to bayswater tube station but by being in a parallel road you avoid the noise. For the price we paid it was great.
