“Extremely Impressed”

“So far the best hotel of our trip.”

A great surprise. A wonderful hotel with excellent service in a perfect location in Knightsbridge. Couldn't have been better. Despite being in the middle of renovation work to their restaurant, the staff was more than competent to manage the problem and make guests feel at ease. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

“Great hotel with great convenience”

Close to Knightsbridge but in a quiet setting, the Jumeirah Lowndes was a wonderful place to stay in London. Yes close to shopping and within walking distance of the Victoria and Albert and yes two minutes from beautiful St. James Park. But best of all the staff and amenitities were the best. Solicitous but not obsequious.

“This was a 6 star hotel!”

The room was small and a little too warm at times. However, the bed in the room was great. I would have taken it home with me if I could. The shower was wonderful. Water pressure was out of this world. The staff was very professional and could not have more friendly. I would love to go back and stay at this hotel again.

“A great hotel!”

I found it difficult to find a great hotel in London at a reasonable price. This hotel is exceptional. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable with nice touches (robe and slippers, turndown service etc.). All staff in the hotel were friendly and professional and always asking what more they could do for you. I ate in the restaurant one evening and received great service there as well. Anything I needed was happily provided very promptly. This is truly one of the best stays I've had in many years in any hotel in any country. I highly recommend it. In addition, it's a great location in one of the nicest areas of London, close to shopping and all the sightseeing that London has to offer.

“awesome find!”

Wonderful hotel, great location just minutes from Harrod's and underground. Beautiful room, everything up to date. Can use the pool and fitness center/spa right across the street at the Carlton hotel. Best location and accomodations for price in an expensive city

“Perfect location”
