Oversells itself. A standard business hotel.

Pros: The gym.
Cons: Internet speeds. Water to the rooms. Smell of kitchen/dining room permeating rooms near to that end of the hotel.
Location: Close to Westfield for more dinner options. Shepherds Bush Underground on central line very convenient for getting into the west end.
Had expected much more - from the name and their blurb, plus the reputation of other K Hotels worldwide. In reality this was little better than your standard business hotel (Novotel etc.) Room was comfortable but by no means luxurious. There were some fundamental issues. On two mornings during my stay there was insufficient hot water for a shower (or irregular water temperature). The hotel also advertises free WiFi - the reality is a very weak signal and painfully slow speeds unless you pay £5 per 24 hours for an upgrade to broadband speeds. Unacceptable. One bright spot was the extensive gym facilities. Very good array of equipment (both cardio and freeweights). In this one regard it outdid most other hotels at this price point.

Ok- standard

Stayed here for my b day and had a maternity massage. The massage was excellent! The room (deluxe) however was just a basic room with with a king size bed. Nothing special, nothing to write home about. Although we had booked for 2 guests, only one gown and slipper set was provided. I believe the lighting system in the room may have been a bit faulty as well, as you had to have all the lights on to get the corner lights on or vanity lights. The location was perfect for Westfield.

Family reunion

Cons: The reception hall is far too small for the size of the hotel. just a few TV channels available, beds 3 pm not made up
Location: The hotel is close to metro station and big mall ...
I had to change the room because problems with the bathtube/shower. The first contact with the hotel staff wasn't pleasant at all. I had to insist to talk with the manager. Maybe the other person had a bad day. They then changed the room and gave me even an upgrade.

OK

Pros: Rustig en met ruimte in de kamers
Cons: Kastruimte hoeveelheid ontbijt
Kamer confort is absoluut ok, alleen ontbreekt kastruimte. Het hanggedeelte staat vol met strijkplank en zo en maar twee kleine legplankjes in de kast. Overall prima, confortabele ruime kamer met geen geluidsoverlast (we zaten achter in de gang)

Very convenient, great food, room just ok

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: Location, food, comfy bed and overall nice aesthetic.
Cons: Either put a door to the bathroom in the K-suite or extend blackout curtains into the bathroom.
Location: Great shopping and food area nearby- Westfield. Also super close to Shephard's Bush station, which is gets you pretty much everywhere in London.
Checkin in was great but our initial room was waaaay too small. We were staying 8 nights and there was zero storage- just 3 shelves in the closet. We upgraded to the K-suite which was great in size- separate sitting room and walk-in closet. Very comfy king-sized bed and everything was clean and welcoming. The room did have one fatal flaw, though: no door to the large bathroom area, and the huge window there lacked a blackout curtain. So, the rest of the hotel suite had blackout curtains. But at night, the bedroom was lit up like a damned Christmas tree because it's adjacent to the bathroom and the huge bathroom window looks out to the front of the hotel which is all lit up at night. No blackout curtain in bathroom=may as well be no curtain anywhere in the room. This is especially problematic given how tough it can be to adjust to UK time from the US. My boyfriend and I slept maybe 3 hours per night for the first 3 nights in this upgraded room. Bright side: the staff was wonderful and polite, the food in the restaurant was actually incredibly tasty, and this hotel is very nice looking overall and super convenient to the Shephard's Bush Underground station.
