OK

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: Rustig en met ruimte in de kamers
Cons: Kastruimte hoeveelheid ontbijt
Kamer confort is absoluut ok, alleen ontbreekt kastruimte. Het hanggedeelte staat vol met strijkplank en zo en maar twee kleine legplankjes in de kast. Overall prima, confortabele ruime kamer met geen geluidsoverlast (we zaten achter in de gang)

Very convenient, great food, room just ok

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: Location, food, comfy bed and overall nice aesthetic.
Cons: Either put a door to the bathroom in the K-suite or extend blackout curtains into the bathroom.
Location: Great shopping and food area nearby- Westfield. Also super close to Shephard's Bush station, which is gets you pretty much everywhere in London.
Checkin in was great but our initial room was waaaay too small. We were staying 8 nights and there was zero storage- just 3 shelves in the closet. We upgraded to the K-suite which was great in size- separate sitting room and walk-in closet. Very comfy king-sized bed and everything was clean and welcoming. The room did have one fatal flaw, though: no door to the large bathroom area, and the huge window there lacked a blackout curtain. So, the rest of the hotel suite had blackout curtains. But at night, the bedroom was lit up like a damned Christmas tree because it's adjacent to the bathroom and the huge bathroom window looks out to the front of the hotel which is all lit up at night. No blackout curtain in bathroom=may as well be no curtain anywhere in the room. This is especially problematic given how tough it can be to adjust to UK time from the US. My boyfriend and I slept maybe 3 hours per night for the first 3 nights in this upgraded room. Bright side: the staff was wonderful and polite, the food in the restaurant was actually incredibly tasty, and this hotel is very nice looking overall and super convenient to the Shephard's Bush Underground station.

Nice hotel in a great location

Posted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: The location of the hotel, the relatively spacious hotel room & the spa.
Cons: The bathroom can be improved and is incongruent to the rest of the hotel room with 70s style wood veneer for ceiling.
Location: Westfield shopping centre and your usual chain cafes within 5 - 10 mins walk
The hotel is in a great location; about 5 mins walk from Shepherd Bush tube station and Westfield. We felt safe walking back from Westfield around midnight after catching a movie there. The Shepherd Bush station is on the Central Line and about 7 stops from Oxford Circus/ Bond street. Buses are also very convenient to travel about. The hotel itself is in a quiet location. Our room was upgraded on arrival which was very nice of them. It is a very spacious for a London hotel. The only slight disappointment is the bathroom which is perhaps due for refurbishment. The cleanliness of the room could be better as well and for some reason, the room have 2 cups but only 1 glass for drinking. Wifi is not included which is another disappointment but I noted that this is a fairly common theme for London hotels. Apart from that, we would recommend the hotel and would go back again should we be in London next time.

Personnel très accueillant

Posted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: La gentillesse du personnel. L'ambiance. Beaucoup de musiciens en tournée.
Cons: Le service au bar
Location: Le quartier n' a par contre aucun intérêt. Loin de tout.
Hotel très utilisé par les maisons de disques et les musiciens en tournée, quelque soit le spectacle.

Nice boutique hotel especially for 20s to 40s

Posted Dec 10, 2014
Great service, modern rooms, very polite young staff. The lobby, reception and bar area is insanely loud evenings and packed on weekends. The 'quiet room' usually has an unwatched TV blaring but you can switch it off. Bar blares awful music during the day. But your room is always a safe haven.

Perfect for a night away

Posted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing really.
We booked this purely on location, as we needed to be in Shepherds Bush. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are fantastic, and the room was perfect.

Convienient & comfortable

Posted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Very close to Tube (less than 5mins) and all the convieniences of Westfield shopping centre. Very large room size and twin rooms available.
Cons: I have never stayed in a hotel where spa access was an additional charge, I think this is inappropriate. Also glass bathroom doors do not appeal to me
Location: Great location, close to shopping centre and also tube station on the central line.
Very nice hotel in good location. Large rooms and also extremely quiet given its location.
