So happy with this find!Posted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: Location was excellent - two left turns from Earl's Court tube.
Location: This was a great central hub for the Picadilly line - got to see the whole city!
Booking last minute - didn't expect to find anything nice that was in our price range. This was more than we hoped to pay, but the room was lovely, the bathroom fresh, the decor festive, the staff friendly and the included breakfast delicious!

Historic on the outside; modern in the insidePosted Dec 11, 2013
Cons: The floor in our room was squeaky and "gave" a little.
Location: Close to the Earl's Court tube stop and withiin walking distance of Kensington High Street.
Spend 9 days at the K&K George in Kensington, London. Exterior looks like all the other Victorian row houses on the block but the inside is modern and comfortable. Very pleasant room, modern bathroom, and a most inviting lobby and bar area. The food was terrific. Outside is an attractive garden but since we were there in winter we did not visit it. But our room overlooked it so still got to "use" it.

Perfect place to stay for a visitorPosted Dec 2, 2013
Our first time to London, this was a perfect location to check out all the attractions London has to offer. A couple of blocks from Earl's Court station (we took the Piccadilly line from Heathrow), this hotel was easy to find. The rooms were small to US standards, and that was expected. The mini bar was stocked very well, the bathroom floors were heated, shower water pressure and heat were perfect. Staff was friendly, bar was open until 1am, nice heater outside if you want to take a smoke. Perfect hotel for our first London visit! We loved it so much we stayed an extra day.

Nice hotel very close to the Tube station.Posted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: The hotel was easy to find. My room was cleaned daily. Felt very safe, and cozy at this hotel. Free wifi in the room.
Cons: Front desk staff & breakfast room staff could refrain from speaking in their native language. It makes you feel uncomfortable.
Location: The hotel is less than 3 minutes walk from hotel. Close by are McDonalds,Nandos,Burger King, Wagamama & starbucks.
Check in is at 2, and it's very simple process. It was also a quick process. Honestly I did have some trouble understanding the man who checked me in. His accent was very heavy, and hard to understand. Upon entering the room it's very small. The carpet could stand being replaced. Having said that the room was clean, but it could use some slight repairs & updating. The bathroom was fair size, but sadly it had a shower, and no bathtub. The hotel does have wifi in the rooms & public areas. The breakfast buffet is good, but they could use some more variety. All said the room was a clean, and nice room. I was on the second floor, and it was pretty quiet, and was not far from the elevator.

Pros: Excellent small hotel. Close to tube and ideal for our requirements.
Cons: To ask for any improvement would be "picky"! As long as standard stays the same as previous years, we will be happy.

Near Earls Court TubePosted Nov 13, 2013
The hotel is a short walk to the Earls Court tube with elevator. That makes it convenient to commute directly to Heathrow Airport. The hotel is indeed four star with an elegant ambiance and efficient courteous staff. The breakfast buffet is superb including smoked salmon and champagne. We liked the heated floor in the bathroom. Being on the Piccadilly Line meant convenient connections for theatre and museums. We strongly recommend this superb hotel.

Centrally Located in Quiet Beautiful NeighborhoodPosted Nov 12, 2013
The K&K George Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in London! It is located on a quite street showcasing a Victorican architecture on the outside while featuring all that a modern interior can offer. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff on top of their game. The rooms were well appointed with refrigerator, tea pot, hairdryer, safe flat screen TV and desk-top tablet to check you email in each room. All in all a completely terriffic experience!

Great location, wonderful staffPosted Nov 12, 2013
I was pleasantly surprised by the K&K George Hotel. It was ideally located VERY near the Earl's Court tube station which made it very easy to navigate through the city with two major lines (Picadilly and District) running through. I took the tube from Heathrow straight to the hotel (there is no need to change trains or lines), from the hotel to St. Pancras train station, etc. without having to pay an arm and a leg for taxi. The hotel is very well kept and, although not as big as it appears in the photos, it's very comfortable. The street it's located on is very quiet and the windows open a little which allowed me to get some of that fresh autumn air in my room. I had a single and the room was small but was very well appointed so I didn't feel claustrophobic. The bathroom was also small but had a wonderful big shower and great water pressure. Since breakfast was included in my rate, I took full advantage of the good selection at the buffet every morning before venturing out. The buffet was constantly replenished and the staff was very courteous. There is a charming little garden out back which can be enjoyed on a sunny day and a nice lobby. Most importantly, I must commend the front desk staff who were very helpful and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
