Not GoodPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Not Much
Cons: see above!
Location: shops/cafes/pubs about 15/20 mins away
The in room card holder had no cover baring electrical circuits - the shower was not clean- there was a ridiculous radiator at 45 degrees right next to the bed- reception area was untidy - the breakfast was absolute chaos! People queuing up- rude staff -poor choice/selection And the final straw was the directions given to get to our destination " 15 mins walk" turned out to be an hour!

Will not recommendPosted Jul 22, 2014
Location: Location is fine and within 5mins walk gorgeous Westfield Shopping mall. Perhaps the only good thing about this hotel
This is perfect for anyone who is not conscious about comfort in anyway. I found the living conditions incredibly deplorable and cannot recommend this anyone. However, if you do not mind your comfort, then it is perfectly ok for you.

suggested only for the pricePosted Jun 30, 2014
Hotel staff and facilities not good. TV didn't work. Located in area 2, even if it's clodsed to the central line that's good. There'r no shops closed to the hotel, so the evening there's nothing to do

No room at the inn.Posted May 20, 2014
The double room was so tiny that there was hardly space for the suitcases and just some hangers hanging from the cupboard. The two single beds were together and filled nearly the entire room. Fortunately we were a relatively small woman and a child traveling together. The location was excellent and we were away from the room all day. In a cupboard, there was a small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The only place to prepare food or eat food was the bed and there was no place for toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom was up a small set of stairs from the bedroom, and that really made things seem more roomy. It was nice to sit on the stairs and talk, rather than on the beds. The heater and timer worked great, as did the refrigerator and microwave and television. There were two hairdryers in the room, but neither of them worked. As weird as it sounds, the thought that came to mind was that a bunch of men own this hotel and that it was one-sided and completely without a woman's touch in the management and running of this hotel. The breakfast room was crowded, and the eggs over-boiled to the point that they were really green and inedible. Breakfast was not pleasant or good. All-in-all if you only want a place to sleep and have little luggage, this is a clean hotel in a very good location. Not having free Wifi or easily available Wifi was the worst. I do not recommend this hotel if you are from abroad and need to connect with home via Wifi.

Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Size of rooms very small, no room for luggage, no wardrobe
We personally would not stay at this hotel again. Would of left hotel after opening the room door and found another hotel however the booking was pre paid.
Breakfast roomPosted Apr 15, 2014
The hotel smells as you walk in and all the way through to our room at the third floor. The breakfast selection are bad, the tables and chairs are not comfortable to sit and no space to move the legs. Is disaster hotel to stay.rather to name of Kensington should change to third world hotel.

UnimpressedPosted Feb 28, 2014
Hotel looked nice from outside. Hardly welcoming receptionist. Paint coming off the walls. Small and compact. Shower wasn't nice. Not exactly a continental breakfast either!

Rooms facing the road were really loud but we were able to move to a room towards the back as it wasn't busy. Small rooms, but convenient to tube and shops
