Rooms and hotel far too hot! Lots of noise all night long from other guests. We chose this hotel as perfect location and price for getting up early to catch the Eurostar but wouldn’t recommend due to the noise from other guests.

We were given a room in the lower ground floor and the noise from the trains was horrific until very late then again very early.

Minutes to the tube and King’s Cross St Pancras and walkable to Euston Station and plenty of dining. Reasonably priced place to stay before catching an early morning trip or accessing more touristic things London has to offer.

A las horas de estar hospedados tuvimos una fuga del servicio sanitario del piso superior. al realizar el reclamo se nos indicó que no podían resolver nada por ser la noche y estar el hotel lleno y que debíamos quedarnos a pesar de estar siendo bañados por orina. No fue sino al amenazar con denunciar que se nos cambio a otra habitación.con lo cual fue evidente que nunca estuvo el hotel lleno

Moldy room UP AND DOWN 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS..stated no wondow at tome of booking, however there was one Very dorty rust on toilet roll holder.How ypu can gove this place 3 stars is neyond me, it is one of the worst places I jave ever stayed

Well-Located but Poorly Serviced
The property was well-located but poorly serviced and fit out. There do not appear to be lifts on the premises. The door to my room could only slam shut or not at all. Wi-Fi internet access was not working, which seemed to have been the case for some time. Toiletries provided in the room were looked old--the individually-wrapped soaps were all slightly different colours from each other. Luggage storage was self-service, seemingly free to access and questionably secure.

The ground floor room was clean but the mattresses were both very cheap and uncomfortable. The room was small. The window was at street level had umber drivers congregated all night waiting for fares outside talking .then building work opposite started early . They did move me on my next night . So ask for a middle or top floor . Very basic but I suppose that is reflected in the London price I paid . Breakfast was served in an Italian cafe around the corner .extra .£13 Don’t go to the Indian lounge restaurant near by , nothing to do with the hotel , as I got really bad food poisoning from chicken curry there was sick for several days . Not really a nice area . Lots of noise and traffic but handy for kings x. Pay a bit more and get a better stay . Staff were good .

I wasnt given details about wifi when i checked in so tried to call - no line. I went downstairs given the information only to be told it wasn't working. I asked about the phone and advised they didn't work either - not happy what uf something happened during the night, i had to go downstairs! I then asked if there was anything else I needed to know and told no.

Excellent value hotel in a great location.
Small hotel within 100m of Kings Cross, and 500m of St. Pancras was perfect for my purposes. Room was reasonable size, cool enough for me to be comfortable and had a nice en suite. The hotel is around the corner from a very nice Chinese restaurant (Bamboo Inn), so great for me as I love asian food. Only thing to note is if you have mobility issues, the room I had in the basement might not be for you, it being down a short flight of narrow stairs.

Right across from Kingscross and St Pancras Stations. Very convenient for train travel. The floor had a big hole in the floor and was stuffed with cloth, and the floor tiles were loose so whenever you stepped on it the tiles gives way and you lose footing. Dangerous.
