Great little hotel, great location. The door staff will even feed your parking meter for you in the morning, to avoid getting a ticket. 5 stars. Only a little more breakfast / bar space would improve it, but it works.

outstanding service fabulous facilities / locationPosted May 17, 2015
Pros: The environment, the service and the breakfast! Oh, and the quiet but central location...
Cons: nothing much, other than room size for the double rooms...which is impossible to change...
Location: Right in the centre of Knightsbridge, a 2minute walk to Harrods and other shopping and so close to museums and parks...
We had a wonderful stay in this quiet cul-de-sac boutique hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and the common areas are wonderfully homey in a grand home kind of way. The service is outstanding, with a handwritten note welcoming you into the room. And we loved the library...Our only disappointment was how small the well-appointed room was - even for London standards -- definitely single file walking round the bed; the bathroom was nearly as big as the room and contained every comfort known to man...

End of a business tripPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Personal, cozy, beautiful room.
Cons: I can't think of anything
Location: Tons of shopping. You can walk to Hyde Park. Harvey Nichols Fifth floor for brunch.. great areat!
I moved to the Knightsbridge Hotel to stay for the Saturday night, after a week of staying near Bank Station in a dark, busy, buisness hotel. What a delight! So friendly and cheerful. The room was charming and I could open the window!!!! Next time I will definitely book for the week and take the tube to the office. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Excellent location and qualityPosted Mar 29, 2015
We stayed here three nights so we could go to the museums and Harrads, all within easy walking distance. Our room was small, but the hotel common lounge was terrific. Breakfast is also great. Of course, you pay for all of this quality.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Kensington.Posted Mar 2, 2015 on Hotels
The Kensington Hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and visiting museums in London. Nothing is too difficult for the staff, who are both professional and friendly. Because there is no dining room, the provision of a room where one can relax and eat or drink using room service and the honesty bar is a great idea. A perfect place to stay.

Charming Boutique Hotel in prime locationPosted Jun 7, 2011
Stayed at this hotel for just one night in London after finishing business elsewhere in the UK. Found just by an internet search. I chose primarily for its location near the palace and Harrods shopping district, but the place itself was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is located on a nice quiet street of row houses in London just south of Hyde Park. It felt like an upscale small inn, nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and personable. There is no restaurant but they have very nice room service that makes excellent food served either in the room or library off the lobby. If you need lots of extras like a gym or pool or hotel bar/restaurants, this is probably not for you, but if you want a simple elegant and personable experience, this place is spot on.
