Excellent place to stay when one is visiting the English countryside. It is a 15 minute walk from the train and from there a ~40 minute train ride into central London, so the location is good for those that want to avoid staying in the city yet want to have the option of visiting there. As for other features, the staff is very friendly and the buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic. We tried it after our first night (out of 6) and gladly signed up to get the buffet for the rest of the nights of our stay. The bar is nice and cozy as well with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay away from the bustle of the city.
