The stay was wonderful. Stayed only for one night the beginning and end of our trip and everything was great! Staff was very helpful and rooms were very clean.

personnel du bar peu avenant !!! Spa ouvert aux extérieurs pour des cours... bel endroit mais trop à l’écart de tout mini bar vide

Falling ShortPosted Nov 6, 2014
I've stayed here 3 times over the last two years. It might be my imagination but its losing its way. The bedrooms are large and well soundproofed from the Gatwick flights which are over the hotel. My room had not seen a vacuum for a while, there was a stain on the relaxing chair, various items left just under the bed (an empty lipsalve, £1 coin etc). The bathroom door had an annoying squeak too. Breakfast is not the most exciting, does what it needs to without going the extra mile. ~normal sliced bread, cheap orange juice The croissants were very tasty however.

little disappointedPosted Nov 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Have stayed before, but was disappointed with the room not being ready until 3.25pm. We were not given enough towels and cups for all the guests. Spa staff were rude and unfriendly, would not have a treatment with their attitude.

MUST DO BETTERPosted Nov 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
The let downs were a. the 2 staff eating disgustingly at the public bar making a mess and harassing the only bar member (Tom) while he was trying to serve 30 people on his own after the manager disappeared. b. One of the bar staff was giving me abuse and acting threatening towards me after I complained about him - the manager said his name was Callum. c. The bar manager disappeared and left Tom - who deserves a commendation - to serve 30 people. d. no mention of the availability of facilities on the website re: the spa. e. no spaces for facilities available at the spa after arrival (massages). f. bed too soft. g. no minibar in room. h. wet towels in room. i. no robes in room. j. tripped over loo in when entering bathroom. k. Threatened in bar by patron after complaining to manager because he wanted a drink after waiting so long. l. no tables at breakfast but when looking in restaurant, many were empty and visible.
