excellent locationPosted Dec 2, 2013
hotel has no parking nor valet parking so you have to do it yourself in a public park at 40 pound for 24 hours.

Nice Hotel, Friendly and Helpful StaffPosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, nice rooms. Club room is worth the upgrade as it provides a nice place to relax in the hotel while not in your room.
Location: park is across the street - great shopping!
We have stayed at the Park Lane our last 2 visits to London. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. The only downside this visit was the restaurant was closed for renovations. We are looking forward to seeing it on our next visit!

Great locationPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Hotel staff
Cons: Rooms with wall views should be further discounted
Location: Location great, right next o Hyde park and Oxford street with fashionable affordable shopping. Great restaurants about 6 or 7 blocks away.
Location prime on Hyde park. Unfortunately no park view for us, matter of fact out room on te first floor faced a wall so no natural light. Room nice enough with really great housekeeping staff. Abundant fresh towels every day, room service impeccable. Turndown service every night. Front staff and concierge staff wonderful! Always very conscientious and courteous and helpful to us, whether it was making retaurant reservations, or helping us find the quickest tube route to our destination. Always hailed our cabs for us and let us wait inside out of the rain while they waited for the cab. Overall my view was nonexistent but hotel staff made up for that!

Excellent location, close to shopping streetPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Its location & cleanliness
Location: Shopping street, bus stop, metro & bus tours, nearby restaurants
Friendly staff, good hotel, a variety of food for breakfast buffet , our room was facing another part of hotel where there were many air-conditioning units buzzing!

Great Location to Hyde Park, Shopping and TheaterPosted Aug 12, 2013
Rooms are good size for London. Bathroom clean with nice amenities. Staff was very good. Only negative, front desk forgot to ring me at 8 AM and 8:10 AM as requested. This caused me to be late for an important meeting.

Marriott Hotel Park Lane LondonPosted Jun 3, 2013
Pros: Good location, very clean, good facilities.
Location: Well situated at the west end of Oxford Steet within walking distance of lots of major stores.
We had booked a room for 3 adults but discovered that there was only one king sized bed. An extra bed would have cost us £35 per night, although the hoteldid waive this charge when we registered. 3 adults should not be expected to share one bed and the extra bed should be included in the room rate for 3 adults sharing. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay.

american friendly hotelPosted Dec 29, 2012
Pros: location and quality of staff
Cons: no significant complaints
Location: Right by Marble Arch at Oxford Street. Plenty of restaurants and shopping
Staff were all pleasant and attentive. They went out of their way to cater to our children including special christmas candy and a wonderful pool attendant who really went above and beyond. Also had two american electrical outlets in each room to help keep our phones and electronics charged. Would go back again next time we are in London.
