Wonderful hotel, great location and ideal for O2

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Arrived into City Airport at 8am, went to hotel to leave luggage with concierge as check in was from 3pm but on arrival, we were greeted warmly and rooms allocated immediately. DLR and London underground so easy to use as hotel perfectly located for both. Rooms clean, spacious with everything and more you would need. Easy access to and from O2. Hotel happily arranged a late check out as we were not flying out until evening. The price of breakfast is expensive but there are plenty of other places to eat locally. We went to Brown's next door and enjoyed the full English (BOGOF) at over half the price of the hotel. A great hotel made for a great weekend.

Anniversary Weekend

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Cons: Clearly the restaurant has some capacity issues.
We wanted a 5 star hotel close to the Jubilee Line, so that a Friday night based in the Piccadilly area and a Saturday night at the O2 were easily reached by Tube. It couldn't have been a better choice. Comfort and service were excellent, and we enjoyed the novelty of wandering around Canary Wharf, together with some time spent at the excellent and informative Docklands Museum. I recall some negative comments about breakfast, but we enjoyed excellent breakfasts on both mornings. Whilst we had no problem getting a table, however, the restaurant was very busy on the Sunday morning, and people arriving later had to queue.

Cons: Kein Schwimmbad / Wellness Bereich in 5* Hotel - komisch!
Gutes Hotel - auch eine gute Verbindung zum Westend mit Jubilee Line

Nice hotel adjacent to DLR

Posted Dec 31, 2014
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My dinner at the hotel's Manhattan Grill was very good, one of the best steak's I've ever had, but service was slow. Very good shopping mall just a short walk. Canary Wharf area is a surprisingly beautiful area I had not yet explored in London.

Nice hotel in london but average location

Posted Dec 31, 2014
The hotel is good but the location is a bit odd especially i enjoy spending time outside hotel till very late, the tube station closed early in the night. But it is nice that there is a mall next to the hotel which is quitr convenience esecially in christmas.
