“Great hotel”

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is not convenient though for those wanting to go into London.

The only thing was I had to print off what our package actually included, breakfast, fare to airport...otherwise they would not honor it. It should have been in their system. Once those kinks got worked out, it was great.

“Marriott Heathrow Windsor - Truly 4 Stars”

This hotel was fantastic! If your planning on seeing more than just London, I highly recommend it. For all you A/C lovers, request a fan, because it's never going to get nice and cool in the room. I stayed at in a Delux Family room with 2 other family members and it was great. I asked for a king bed, but hey gave us a queen and the fold-out that I slept on was decent enough. Other than that our 3-night stay there was very good. Everything was clean and quiet and the staff was incredibly friendly and heplful. I would definately go back if I was visitng English countryside and what have you. If you really want to be in London though, I don't recommend it. You have to catch a bus to get to the airport and from the airport you can catch the subway, but it's a 1-1 1/2 ride. If you're looking to visit Windsor or Legoland, it's absolutely perfect, for a few pounds you can ride a bus to either, spend the day and get a bus back - very convenient.

“Great hotel for overnight stay for long haul flights from Heathrow”

The hotel was very comfortable for a family of four. Great pizza at the restaurant - kids can watch the pizzas being tossed and then play outside in the playground while it's in the oven! Make sure you have 4 GBP per person each way for the bus "Hotel Hoppa" from Heathrow. On the return it does not go to terminal 4 - you would need to take the train to change terminals. If so, allow 60 minutes to get to the security gate.

“Will definitely stay here again”

Great value for money. Extremely easy access to the motorway and Heathrow. Everything at the hotel was of the highest standard. Food in restaurants was excellent, and it was wonderful to see so many happy & smiling staff! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when looking for an airport hotel.

“Marriott Windsor”

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The hotel is a ways from most of the tourist sights and tours. We had to take a Hoppa Bus (expensive) for 20 minutes to Terminal 5 at the airport then take the tube 1 1 1/2 hours to Victoria Station to catch our tours. The Concierge sometimes was helpful with directions but most of the time we had to ask several different people to get the correct information. If you are taking tours and don't mind sitting on the tube for awhile the Hotel was awesome.

“Great Hotel”

This is a very nice hotel to stay in with friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and comes with a tea/coffee maker which was convenient for us. There is a great buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The only downside was that it was quite a distance from Heathrow airport so it might not be an ideal location if you're planning to visit inner city London. The hopper bus system is available to transport customers Bus H55 from Terminal 5, Bus H5 from Terminals 1 & 2 at Heathrow to the hotel and vice versa for 4 pounds each way. Alternatively, you could ride the local bus and get off at the stop opposite Toby's Pub/Grill. A local bus, #77 transported us to Windsor town center where Windsor Castle is located only a 20 min ride away. There's a convenience store just up High Street, past Toby's Grill, if needed.

“Most certainly will return”

My wife and I spent the Christmas and New Year at this location. It was indeed very enjoyable; made even more so by the very hospitable staff. If you are looking for a place away from the hum drum of of central London, this is the place for you. If you don't plan to rent a car, you can take the hotel shuttle to the airport ten minutes away, then take the tube directly to London Central. I must also mention that the buffet breakfast at the hotel is simply amazing.
