I had great customer service, the location was close to all the main attractions london had to offer and my room had a beautiful view of the river and Big Ben.

Pros: Courtesy of staff, cleanliness, location
Cons: The swimming pool itself was good, but no information anywhere on how to get into it, then no towels, also the only showers are open to the pool

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location: Right across the Big Ben, Parliament and Westminster Abby. 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus.
Our experience in our first time in London, I have to say that begin at the very moment that we reach our hotel. The location is superb, the staff top of the line and the room was excellent. Our room had a view to the London Eye and the Thames. My daughter went to the spa in the fifth floor and she was very pleased with the treatment she received. If anybody suggest you to stay at the Marriot County Hall in London, do not hesitate to do it right away.

We had such a great stay here and feel like we hit the jackpot with this hotel. Perfect location with the London eye just outside, it's next to the aquarium, london dungeon and an arcade centre with lots if games including bowling and with McDonalds. This was perfect for our 6 year old daughter who adored this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic especially for breakfast. We arrived after long haul 22 hour flight at 9am and were shown directly to our room, thank goodness!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel has old world charm written all over it. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a room with a river view. Gorgeous! The location of the hotel is awesome. Very close to the Waterloo tube station ( 5 minute walk), it's right next to The Eye ( in fact we could see a part of the Eye from our room!) couple blocks walk from Big Ben and there's lots of restaurants and cool bars all around. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Great location, well priced for the size of the rooms which were clean and well sized. The river view rooms proved to be worth the incremental cost.
Cons: Common ares could use a little warming up and freshening.
Location: Big Ben, Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square and Waterloo Station are all within a 5-15 minute walk.

Location: London Eye around the corner (literally)
Nice stay. Only disappointment was that our request for two queen beds was not met. I was aware that Expedia merely passes these requests to the hotel and they are not guaranteed. However, since I booked the room three months in advance, I thought Marriott could have done a lot better.
