OK hotel - good location.Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Good location. Quiet room - hotel has good soundproofing. Good breakfast with great staff at breakfast.
Cons: More coffee/milk sachets provided and for the money paid, I think a few biscuits could be included!
Location: Right next to Westminster bridge overlooking the beautiful Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Buckingham palace and Trafalgar Square nearby.
Nice enough hotel though nothing special. Great location, comfy bed and good breakfast. However, this is not a cheap hotel and a little more attention to detail is needed. I had to go to reception twice, once because only one robe had been put in the room and again because coffee/milk was not replenished, nor enough handwash provided. This visit resulted in two bags, one containing about 20 milk cartons and the same of coffee sachets, the other a large quantity of toiletries - both largely unnecessary and wasteful - I had only asked for about 4 coffee and milk sachets and some hand wash. On the plus side, the room was quiet with nice river views. Breakfast was good, served in a lovely room. Breakfast staff were very good - friendly, polite and attentive.

Marriott London County Hall is in a great location next to London Eye and across the bridge from Big Ben. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Great locationPosted Mar 17, 2015
Hotel in general is lovely its close to attractions and looks over the Thames the views are great the breakfast is nice but I wouldn't pay £25 per person i have had better to says its a 5 star, the bar is lovely they have a passion for gin, our room was looking over the Thames it was lovely apart from the bed IT was the worst bed I ever stayed in hard and mattress so worn you roll off it, I mentioned it at reception they said they were going to refurbish the rooms and replace mattresses the premier inn has better beds and this is a top hotel in London it needs to get up to speed with its competitors with its old dated mattresses! Overall smart looking hotel a bit dated but location pays off for its let downs.

Excellent hotel!Posted Mar 16, 2015
Cons: Not having to pay for an extra bed when booking a room for three.
Location: Excellent location. Near Parliament, Big Ben, London Eye, Southbank, National theatre, Covent Garden and the Globe. Waterloo station is also close.
A wonderful hotel, in a fabulous location! The only problem was having to pay £45 for an extra bed on arrival, when we had not been told about this added price when booking. I would defiantly return to this hotel as it was clean, well located, the staff were extremely helpful and we had an excellent view of Jubilee Gardens and London Eye from our room.

STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS , ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE BUT THEY SHOULD INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR , THERE IS A LOT OF NOISE DUE TO RECONSTRUCTIONS TO BUILDING SITES IN THE AREA.

nice Hotel, nice locationPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Staff and Internal Very good.
Cons: bedroom doors
Booked this hotel for valentines day and the wifes Birthday, It seemend in a great location and looks very nice. turned up and it is a great hotel, staff very good. had a great time but went to sleep hoping for a good nights sleep and got woke up about 5-6 times , not sure whever the main bedroom doors need looking at but you can hear everything. One of the staff came up with a trolly at some point too; so sleep wise very on and off, I would say if you spend £170 for a night you expect more. some people may not be bothered but i have children and sleep to me is gold dust, if you dont mind being woken up 6 times in the night its the perfect place.

Amazing stay!Posted Feb 16, 2015
The hotel was amazing in every way; the staff were polite and welcoming, the hotel was clean and pristine and the room was beautiful :) The location was perfect for sightseeing around London and the view of London eye from our window was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend to others and no doubt we will be back again!
