Nice hotel close to Oxford street for shopping

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Easy to find very clean nice pool tables and near to Oxford street and undergrounds.
Cons: Night staff not to keep asking if we are guests at the hotel then they kept starring every time they walked past felt very uncomfortable.
Location: Oxford street for shopping very close tube stations near by variety of food places to eat in walking distance.
The hotel was very nice most of the staff very helpful Car park was very tight on entry and especially exit. Liked the fact hot drinks provided at the lobby area to grab on way your way out. Enjoyed the thearter.

Pros: The room was great. Spacious, clean & comfortable. The food was very good. Service however was slow.
Cons: Service and price for the breakfast.
Location: Horrible location. Would not go out at night.
The hotel was very nice. Check-in staff not so friendly...no information given unless requested, i.e. maps and local restaurants. The food was very good once you got it. Service VERY slow. Location was horrible! Will not return. We felt uncomfortable going out at night.

Good location... Central

Posted Aug 1, 2014
Hotel is 10mins walk from Marble Arch tube station. Good location. Staff are welcoming and helpful. We booked a large room for 4people. The bathroom was a disappointment as it was very small but apart from that the rooms were clean and overall would definitely book again.

Nice hotel close to the oxford street .

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Central and close to oxford street
Cons: I felt the breakfasts were a bit expensive as ours was not included in the price
Stayed for 2 nights room very nice and hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was close to oxford street and Hyde park which was good given that my parents were with me and they are both in their 80,s. I would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Pros: Nice location and staff
A really lovely, helpful, polite, and professional staff but just an okay property. Bar/Restaurant was a bit understaffed and wait times were too long. Room was very clean and a nice size for an older property in London. Bathroom could use a bit of updating with the shower/tub needing the most work.

Great location for Hyde Park

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: Hyde park is about 10 minute walk, Bond Street the same and about 15 mins to Regent Street. Tube and bus route at the end of the street
Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Brilliant location for the concert we were attending at Hyde Park, also close to tube and bus routes. Four of us shared a room and there was plenty of space.
