Our short stay at the lovely St. Ermins Hotel was wonderful! We were upgraded to a very nice suite for our 45th anniversary and given a bottle of champagne We couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone there was very accommodating. The only thing we found a bit disappointing was the Caxton Grill. We found the food selection limited, overpriced, and very average. However, we would welcome the opportunity to return to St. Ermins.

Reception staff were confused about parking arrangements and gave me the feeling I would be towed away on the Saturday morning. In fact it was fine to use the car park as normal when I spoke to one of the duty RFU staff at the car park. Generally slow in reception.

"Stylish alternative to the city centre mainstream"
